one of the few ( very few) great floors made by poszar, she was always a wonderful dancer, I wnder if she competed the triple spin on floor ( the only from 89-92 years) to have 10 start value, and the routine was quite easy for times

There are some aspects of her gymnastics that I like. I especially liked her triple toe turn. Her tumbling is a bit lacking though and some of her jumps and leaps could use a bit more amplitude. But I wonder if part of that may have been due to some of her injuries that year. IIRC, she missed some competitions that year due to those injuries.

I loved her beam work. I respect her floor work to an extent. She had way better twisting skills, and Bela used the one size fit all on Betty. He should have used more twisting saltos with her. Twisting saltos are easier on the body. I defientely think her injuried prevented her from hitting her jumps and leaps. Compared to her 1990 leaps and jumps, 1992 was most definitely weaker.

@@gk891 I know! She could easily do it too. Her double twist from 1991 Worlds looked so easy and efforless.

@@211jump I just looked it up and you're right. Her double twist was excellent. She could probably do a triple if she had trained it.

@@gk891 It sucks. Bela's one size fit all was so annoying. It also probably caused Betty more injury.
