Apparently there is a 5th indictment coming against Trump for returning a movie back in '93 and not rewinding it.

This is a masters game of chess ♟ President Trump has infact done nothing illegal and followed the constitution with full legal advice at every turn. Now, as for the Demoncrat party, that’s a different story. Any sitting President since the very formation of the United States has and always had full legal authority to caring any and all top secret documents after their term and are still granted access to Top Secret DATA, it’s called the ‘Presidency Act’. Now Biden on the other hand, never once had any legal authority to carry any of those 1500* boxes of top secret material as a Senator or Vice President, let alone he admitted on live television to selling top secret information to China and other Axis groups.

The prosecution failed, but Biden did literally that as Secretary of State under Obama, by his own admission, by threatening to withhold foreign aid if their government didn't call off the prosecution of Burisma Holdings, who later hired his son Hunter, a man with no experience in the energy sector.
Too late for that, the U.S. has one party rule. They said they were going to impeach Trump before he was even sworn in. As for the MSM, no punishment is good enough for them, none.

When a grand jury indicts an individual is because the evidence is overwhelming. They won't indict a weak case with no solid evidence.
"He attempted a call" is an overt act sufficient for the RICO charge. No interpretation is necessary.
Maybe, you should look at all the evidence and each charge in the Georgia indictment. Or not. That depends on whether you want to be informed or misinformed/disinformed.

There is an important distinction between the cases. Donald Trump was served a warrant after he refused to turn over the documents. Trump had his lawyers lie for him. Biden's lawyers found the documents and immediately turned them over.

No. Georgia can seek an arrest and an extradition of anyone within u.s. jurisdiction. They can also apply to the feds to aid them if another state doesn't cooperate. He wasn't asking him to fabricate votes. He was asking him to find votes that were illegally counted (non signature verified) under state law.. in order to nullify those votes from the total count. If enough of these ballots had been located, the final result would have been corrected.. not overturned.. because the initial count that gave the victory to biden would not have been legitimate.
Putting all that aside, there is absolutely nothing illegal for a president or anyone else to exercise first amendment rights by petitioning elected officials to act on something. It can be even be characterized as "pressuring". That is the essence of living in a democracy where EVERY citizen has the right to pressure elected officials. It is absolutely bonkers that the district attorney in fulton county would concoct criminal charges over this.. and should be frightening to anyone who values basic fundamental rights.. in this case, free speech.
So as a conservative, to answer your question, I would mock a democrat.. like stacey abrams.. if I felt that a candidate for that party wasn't conceding what I felt was a fair election. (Al Gore in 2000 also comes to mind along with Hillary who claimed 2016 was stolen from her). But unlike so many people on the left today, I would NEVER take glee in a rogue prosecutor pressing bogus criminal charges against a political opponent who simply exercised their free speech by aspirationally asking an elected official to find votes. Trump NEVER worded his request as an order or a threat. If he had, then free speech might not have applied. The judge assigned in that particular case has already made anti trump remarks in other cases. Ask yourself honestly if that's the kind of society you would want to live in.

It is very difficult to get standing in many types of court cases.. especially when the person filing a suit isn't even a resident of the state in which the suit is brought forth.
