This happened to me in my life with my job. I worked so hard to get that promotion, and every time I got passed up until I stopped caring about it. I started focusing on myself and how I can make my current situation better. For about a year I did that and then got promoted at the next opening. Good things come when you stop trying to control what you can’t and focus only on what you can.

Recent manga shows Goku that is desperate to spar with Broly or Vegeta, and insisting that he wants too. Meanwhile Vegeta is sitting there meditating and telling Goku to go play Broly and leave him alone, cuz he need to meditate about his Ki control, since he noticed that its the only reason why so many oponents like Jiren were stronger than them in the first place. He said that their bodies are ideal, and theres no way of improving it, so all thats left is how they controlling their power, so he changed his training routine. : )

The dialog is wrong and this part of his training is not cannon. Vegeta trained at 300x gravity NOT 450x. This is coming from the manga. This is why the Japanese dialog is better than the English dubs because the Japanese give you the CORRECT info🤓
Goku trained with so many martial artist his training with king Kai supposed to be like training for 1000 years on earth that gave goku the edge and then the zen Kai boost from gravity training and senzu beans restoring him then it was namek he got destroyed twice and recovered on the other hand vegeta didn’t had no training or trained at all till after the namek saga and that too in 400 times gravity without the senzu beans and achieved the same result in a year
