I can't tell which I would prefer Miyaura or Nishida? Nishida has played amazingly the past couple of years but I think Miyaura's performance at VNL may have convinced Japan that he should at least split court time with Nishida.
Nishida was injured this whole season and he still played. Nishida has a lot more power, but because the injury he's been put on the spot a lot an made many mistakes. Miyaura has less power, but has a lot more stability
@@prettygutahi definitely think that if miyura wants to change his playing time defensively he would need to get alot better. considering that Japan is a very defensive team i think nishida is better
nishida had the upper hand when he went pro as young as 18 y.o. miyaura finished college first. he would probably be as good or well-known as nishida if he took the same route but i doubt he has any regrets 😅
@@anonimorphkento has no regrets finishing his college first before he played professionally and be a member in seniour national team, he stated it an article bunshun, if kento wanted to be a coach in the future he really need to had a college degree, that's why he chose waseda university.

Kento is a great player to watch, but I've been watching nishida since his first national match. nishida is so versatile, powerful, aesthetic that he changed my voleyball taste. both of them still to young, but nishida is a whole different class as a opposite position.
Media / we have overrated him. He is in same place as he used to play. Grounded. But he is good tactician I believe. I think they are playing team sports complimenting each other. Great. Witnessing new generation volleyball.

Miyaura is not even close to nishidas level, nishida was injured the whole season that’s why he didn’t play that much
Their hitting characteristics are different, so swapping them up to confuse the other teams defense would be great.

both are amazing, but for me i feel like miura's arm swing & body line is more powerful, on the other hands nishida is better in reserving & digging
