@@skyfeelan indeed very few person realize that i3 existed for the last 10 years. But it's now discontinued since 2022 and replaced by .... Mini SE which is based on same platform.
Too bad they didn't replace it.
Now the smaller electric BMW you can drive is ... a i4 or an iX1.

Humans are emotional creatures and not machines that have to function efficiently. If someone wants to have a big car and doesn't want to constantly take other people with them in their car, in order to be efficient, that's a matter for them and a matter of feeling. Politics never does what it forces people to do. They never save fuel or money or other things they take from the working population. While governments waste millions, you blame people who drive alone in their cars, the accusations that the government uses through the media. This is not good.
It resembles BMW ISETTA in every detail.... Seems like a new isetta with an electric update... 😀

people did buy the peel car, there's 200 left, and they are collectors items fetching 3-5 times the original price in the late 70s early 80s. account for inflation, you made at least 10x on this 'investment' but only if you kept it in good condition by not driving it. something tells me these cars will not be collectors items.

I had an ISO Isetta at the age of university in Rome fifty years ago. Without the glass behind and far away from policy, l drove it with ten students aboard. Now with the reason of an eighties man, I remember this vehicle as rational one and with a simpathic line, with easy parking in Rome. My compliments for this modern kay of realization, it is very actual.
The rebirth of the legendary isetta, but in electric form 👌

As an owner of another bubble window Isetta, I also say this car is spot on, it has more performance, brakes that work! Lights you can see, faster acceleration and a higher top speed, what more do we need!

I love everything about it, but there's something that's really dissatisfying and weird about it. The boot lid is all black, and thus it doesn't much the rest of the vehicle. But apart from that I absolutely love it

I have a smart car. Such fun to drive but it's not helping to combat climate change (petrol). Walking and bicycles are best but if a car is needed, I'll opt for this one.
Neighbourhood electric vehicles are the way to go. A car this size is in the 45-60 Wh/Km range, whereas a Tesla uses 200Wh/Km which is as bad as a standard gasoline compact car.
