i want to do this for my birthday however i have a really bad fear of heights! seems like so much fun though and i really want to try get over my fear by doing this with a friend
The staff are really good there. There is always a member of staff near by to assist and you also have a whistle on you at all times if you need help. Hope you manage to overcome your fears and just do the best you can !
@@DannyAndJamie thanks so much. I was prepared. No one else was. I think they should really give more info. If it wasn't for your video I might have been picking wood chip out of my trainer socks for months hahaha.
I did it in one similar in Russia, but I got very excited to know they have one in England, since I'm going to UK this year! It's a challenging experience but SO COOL!!!! Also, I'm afraid of heights LOL don't know how I made it, but I made it, and I'll make it again! hahaha
I went here yesterday and I was sooo scared I didn’t even finish the first coarse cuz I didn’t do the zip line and I’m regretting it but it def helped with my fear of heights and I might go again in abt 2 weeks and this time I will do the zip line lol
Oh good luck Raychie! You’ll honestly be fine, it’s all super safe!! Danny was apprehensive on our Delamere VLOG we did, but if you watch you’ll see by the end of it he was loving it! Enjoy it 🙌🏻
@@DannyAndJamie awww love that! Glad you enjoyed it! Don’t know why but I feel like I wouldn’t know what I’m doing clipping myself on 🤣🤣 end up stuck in a tree I would hahaha
34:58 there isn’t a wire that you walk along you have to sit in your harness and push yourself along using the rope to get between the two platforms if went to the go ape at Dalkeith you wouldn’t have a choice to do that obstacle since there’s no other way to go
Yeah they're are such good fun! There's a few in the lakes we want to try. We're both at Delamere Forest this coming weekend filming our next vlog so hopefully it's just as good!
I’m gonna go as a school trip to one of the go apes this term and I’m super excited but I’m scared the safety things won’t hold me if a make a mistake and might fall,
Thats great school trip! Don't worry, you have a safety briefing and practise on a small course just a few feet off the group before they let you onto the big course. There are staff all the way around to help too if you need them. Have a great time!!
We're sure you'll do great! Its lots of fun, just enjoy it and do your best!! The team are always on hand to help and you're in control, Go as quickly or slowly as you need to. Have a great time !!!
This is this info I got from online 'All participants must be at least 13 years old. Minimum height 1.40m (4'7”). Maximum weight 124kg (19.5 stone). Minimum weight 45kg (7 stone)." Hope you have a great time
Hey, I used the GoPro hero 9 with the official GoPro Wrist / hand mount. its a velcro strap that fastens around the thumb and palm of your hand and the GoPro sits on top of your hand. Camera is then attached on a swivel mount and makes it easy to film any direction. You can buy the exact same things on amazon for a fraction of the price, but ive seen so many break and the camera fall off, that id rather pay a bit more and know its going to be safe. Thanks for watching !

Same exactly the same for me
This was really helpful thanks. I did wonder about the landing and getting whipped. Think will be wearing something I don't mind ruining.
Haha exactly, dont wear anything too expensive and make sure its comfortable ☺️ enjoy!!

Not a problem 🤣🤣
Great video, we are going this week, can 13 year olds complete it comfortably? Going to start following your adventures
I would say so, all obstacles seem to have an easy / harder route
Tell you what as well , kudos to you Danny for filming up them ladders , it's not easy as it is
Danny was working while this one was filmed. Jamie tackled this one alone
@@DannyAndJamie sorry I'm a new subscriber so don't know who's who yet 🤷🏼♀️😂

I have a question if your heavy (you weigh a bit much) will you be fine?
Just a question as I'm going in a few days

@@DannyAndJamie thank you for the help
Always wanted to do this but the whole clipping yourself on and off freaks me
I'd 100% say go for it. Instructors are great and always on hand. Take your time and you'll have no issues at all!
Hi on the website it says £33 is that per person or for a group
That would be per person, You need a ticket for each individual taking part. Have a great time if you decide to go!
Great video. What mount did you use for your GoPro?

If you follow the instructions you'll be fine. They make you do training before you get let up alone
