I am really sorry…, it’s soooo long ago you filmed that video, but I must point out it now:
You are soooo unimaginable cute! I could be your grandma, so don’t worry!
I know you are doing more of those knitting podcasts as UA-cam recommended the latest one you did and I Iiked it so much that I have started to watch all of them. It was a really great idea to start those podcasts even it there are tons of knitting podcasts on UA-cam!
Your sister will be happy with the socks you decided to knit for her. And later your son will be more than happy when he understands that his mom designed things especially for him to express her love♥️.
I also adore petit knit and my favorite things and knitting for olive and purl soho. As I live in Europe I am happy I could buy three combinations of the material for their half and half shawl during our last holiday in USA in November. I have not yet started …., so much to do for Christmas and some health issues…, but I am really looking forward to starting at least one of them soon….
But now I saw your cumulus in that adorable green…., hmmm that’s hard. I assume I must buy at least the yarn tomorrow as nobody knows how long colors are available… and at the moment that wonderful green is still available.
Well, regarding the length of your podcasts… I like long and shorter ones, depending on what you are doing at that moment. I have to sleep now, so that one had the optimal length to watch a very last one today😉.
Stay as you are… so honest, so kind…. Hmmm… I can’t find the English words… sorry!

This is how I knit socks, too. I am so glad to hear that someone else does the same thing. If there are knitters out there that knit only one at a time, they should try it. There is no fiddling with knitting 2 at a time socks on the same needle. It also helps if you get the dreaded second sock syndrome. Hugs.

Oooh so many new yarns for me to check out! I can't believe I've never heard of Good Wool, but it looks like it works up really well. And I'll definitely have to had the BC Garn to my summer yarn wishlist! I have a champagne cardigan languishing on my needles - I just need to get myself to finish the button band but the double knitting is taking forever lol. Loved this video, I'm always excited to find new knitting channels :)
