@@noahk9217 I did the tune at the same time as the intercooler and intake, so I don't have a comparison. I'll tell you what though, I had a Unitronic dp, dogbone insert and Unitronic stage 2 low torque tune installed that made a noticeable difference over APR. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED my APR tune! I feel like APR took the safer and more comfortable route. The Uni tune with the dp is going to be louder and more aggressive. I know it probably only added 10 or 20 hp over the APR tune, but it feels like more. I'm also going to add Unitronics flex fuel system soon so I can dip my car in some E85!
Is this in Lancaster County Pa? I think I recognize some landmarks maybe even my parents’ or neighbor’s farm. (but rural scenes across America often look similar). I have often wished I could be back on Lancaster County rural roads with my GTO in the cool of the evening during summer. awesome.
Hey man! That’s the AWE touring catback. Really nice exhaust. I installed it myself and highly recommend it still. Not too loud or droney. These cars sound bad when they’re too loud.
Stage 1 e85 makes around 340-350 whp depending on tuner. Also u have to keep in mind gti is way lighter than a gt mustang so power to weight plays a big factor
May I suggest if you "don't know how these Fords work" that you might want to do just a little homework before u beat the snot out of it, especially when new. ❤ GTI's.

the gti in this vid is a manual. I would say it evens out with the elantra N when both have the same mods. Stock for stock elantra N is faster. A base gti is cheaper than the elantra N.
@@davothegreat9990 400whp would be the extreme end for an EN. Custom tuning and every possible bolt on with an aggressive custom dyno tune. Dynojet I'm guessing too. With an ots tune they are probably not that far apart with similar mods. Either way it's too much for fwd for either imo.

Most people don’t understand the power of a lighter car. Especially the MK5 and MK6 GTI’s with tunes. They will flat fly from 20-100.

What tune are you using? I have the APR tune with the added intercooler and intake, and it seems to have changed the way it pulls alot.

How bad is the wheel spin in lower gears?
First obviously spins and 2nd will too for a little. Not too bad though but you wouldn’t want to roll race in 2nd.

@basslover352 my mate has an Elantra N dct, n75, dp and meth and makes 400whp. Never lost to any modded stock turbo gti.
