- Back with PART 3 of my tuning series. After having all the Racingline intake hardware installed, I went back to Tuningwerkes to get the Racingline OEM+ Stage 1 ECU and TCU software installed. We then visited Surrey Rolling Road agin for the dyno runs, and the power has increased to - 363bhp and 375 ft/lbs. Dragy times also improved greatly, including a sub 9 second 0 to 100mph !!!

I'm doing 100mph in 9 seconds, these 8 second cars, are doing 170+ in that time. Can you imagine that on the road 🤪🤪🤪

I put The club sport S pads and Discs on the front and the same Pattern cross drilled vagmbertecnic on the back With the club sport s Pad’s nice oem plus upgrade With some decent brake fluid put a bit of NF octane booster in your fuel shud keep your AFR safe good vid keep it
Did look at the option, but really want to go bigger calipers, so prob go with the racingline stage 2 kit on the front for now. I will take a look at the octane booster. Glad you like the video.

I see you are wearing thick clothing. The colder weather of course does impact on better times. I was able to clock 4.0 sec 0 to 60 mph
at 19c. ambient temp. I need to wait till winter here when it gets to at least as low as 15. See what happens. Either way. Mine would be as quick as yours on the same APR tune. Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺

Your water pump is probably leaking. I have had to change many of them on Golf Rs.
Cheers, I will keep an eye on it, but all checks so far, we can't find anything.

@adr3510 I had to have the water pump on my S1 changed. Not had to the R yet 🤞

@@adr3510 Its not cheap. I have already gone Stage 2 (video may be out at some point). Its the next stage with different Turbo, that increases the spend big time
With perfect traction it could get close to mid 3s
The first run I did it was in 3rd gear by 34mph, I know the speedo can probably not keep up, but that is what it read.
