My right ear wasn't working AT ALL and this is how I fixed it: Let the headphones sit out of the charging case for a few days. Then try to put them back in the case and it should start charging. I honestly don't know why or how or what could even be the reason for that solution but it just started charging. 🤷🏽♂️

I just bought brand knew indy earbuds and my right one doesn’t turn on even after charging for 3 hours im just gonna buy a new pair of airpods 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
I found another method to fix this issue if this method doesn't work. Step 1: Unpair your earbuds from your phone or device Step 2: turn off bluetooth on said device. Step 3: Manually turn off the earbuds by holding the touch area for about 10 seconds. Step 4: Tap and hold again for another 10 seconds. This should cause them to start up and turn off again. Step 5: Put them in the charging case. Close it and open it again Step 6: Take both them out of the charging case and watch for the left earbud to start flashing Blue and Red. This may take a few seconds. This Blue and Red flash means that the earbuds have successfully paired together. Finally step 7: turn on bluetooth and pair them to your device again and enjoy.

SOLUTION 1- Turn the Bluetooth on your (mobile or computer) device OFF 2- Power on your INDY buds (they will be in a NON_CONNECTED or non-paired state due to Bluetooth being off on your device) 3- Tap the center of EACH bud 4 times. This will automatically power off the ear bud and reset your ear buds. You must complete this action on BOTH ear buds while in this non-connected state. 4- Next, place the buds back in the case then pull them out to have them power on and start the process of paring to one another. 5- You will hear a voice prompt that will notify you that it is now “Pairing” and one beep indicating the buds have paired together. 6- At this time, turn your device’s Bluetooth back on and re-pair it to INDY. In some cases, you will want to forget INDY on your device and scan until INDY is identified again and you can select it.
This is completely useless, all everyone is doing in these videos is just turning it off... NOT RESTARTING nor FIXING ANYTHING! prolly gonna have to factory reset my phone

I found another method to fix this issue if this method doesn't work.
