You will see how safe it is for minorities in Kurdistan here: www.aina.org/reports/erasingassyrians.pdf
And btw, Nineveh Plains is supposed to be a new governorate as voted for by Iraq in 2014. Not to be forced to vote for Kurdistan referendum in 2017 after being “freed” from ISIS. Kurdistan is occupying Assyrian lands.
@@VicWinsjChannel He never Claimed Kurdistan is safe for Minorities, neither did anyone,Besides,Nineveh is Occupied by the PMF [Popular Mobilization forces,Part of Iraqi Army] and Peshmerga [Part of Kurdish Army].
Both Parties are Occupying Nineveh for their own interests.
Anyways,Kurdistan [i'd refer to it as KRG] Is More safe for Such minorities than the rest of Iraq,That's evident by the fact that Growing Number of Christian are coming back to KRG Lands,In top of all that,Various KRG Cities and Towns have Chaldean or Assyrian Population, take Ankawa For Example,The City Saw a huge investment by KRG and is the most nicest/developed city around KRG,However,It has saw some Islamist vandalization by Islamist Turkmens/Kurds/Arabs Etc,nonetheless it is still a good place.
What I wanna address here is,Kurdistan definitely isn't safe for Minorities [since corrupt puppets Like Barzani are in control] however,if we compare the Kurdish regions to Iraq/Syria we definitely can see that Kurdistan is safer for Assyrians/Chaldeans/Yazidis/Jews etc.
Anyways,I Support a Assyrian autonomous Zone around Nineveh, since it is the only region currently With a Assyrian majority and Sizeable Yazidi population.
Fight ISIS? Lol USA created ISIS…Who are you fooling?
"we defeated isis" yeah right
@@VicWinsjChannel most assyrians are in the West
So what Assyrian “lands” ?
In 2003 when i was visiting Kurdistan in Iraq (travelling from Europe to Turkey) we were on the border of Turkey and Iraq and a big Jewish Kurdish family from Israel(more then 20 people) were going to the Kurdistan region of Iraq. One man talked to my father. He said they were permanently migrating to Kurdistan. They preferred to live there and in 2003 after Saddam Hussein left they felt safe enough to go back. It was interesting to see that they felt such a strong connection with the Kurds still. They were forced to leave from Iraq after the creation of Israel. Anyone who has Kurdish roots, visit Kurdistan if you want. It’s an openminded society. They have different religions and they are respected.

Hi, Corey.
Have you thought of doing series on Israelis from India (and perhaps other parts that were once British India), Scandinavian countries, Ethiopia (Eritrea/via Sudan?) and basically anywhere else that isn't well known? (e.g Bnei Menashe from Burma?)
Also one of different denominations of Christians would be interesting. (I realise you already have a video on whether minorities feel discrimnation and Arab-Israeli identity, which does touch on this, but a wider one on Christian identity and culture in Israel would be interesting, as well.)
Thanks for reading.
