where did you bought your keyboard replacement?
you literally removed the heat pipes but didn't reapply thermal paste xD you know removing the heat pipe will have air bubbles between the contact area of thermal paste and cpu and gpu right?
Havent used the keypad even for once in 2 years(always used external keyboard for playing and work). Even the key board was covered with silicon keycover since I bought it yet my keyboard is short after 2 yrs when i tried to use it.(r key is automatically pressed snd also when using backspace key).fx 505dt.

I should have seen this *before* ordering a new keyboard! Screw that. I used to do this for a living, replacing a keyboard shouldn't be that hard.

@@ITZ_ILLUMANITI Bro what I did was buy a new keyboard (of the same laptop model) a couple of days ago I changed the keyboard for the one I bought & I was able to solve the problem. In short "the solution in my case was to change the keyboard for a new one".

The asus tuf has really bad keyboard, a lot of people have some key or the other stop working within an year. Very poor build quality.
