I made greens ham hocks and cornbread. Sliced tomatoes and onions. Everyone ate good. That was a frequent request from my Army buddies. We always had a Tupperware of cut up veggies in the refrigerator. It was a great way to snack on something cold and crunch in the summertime. I have to say your veggie plate looks amazing. I think I need to visit a farmers market this week and that hot water cornbread, mercy that looks delicious.
