From vincero, I desire since month's from all of their beautiful watches the Kairos black gold the most. I love, how It would attract attention, while still being classic. It would be my first real leather watch wich would definitely wear it on a weekly basis together with my black suit wich I hope to finally get soon. Original grain too has lots of sick watches but the one that beats them all, is in my opinion the mahagony gold from their classic 43 mm collection. I'm definitely watching this video in its entirety. Being late has cost me opportunities including one potential gig. The recruiter who set up the interview for it informed me the client told her I was late for the appointment (I unfortunately was) and that seeing this gave her (the hiring manager) the impression that I'd in turn would be late to work if I was selected for the assignment. I'm in between jobs now and have been for awhile so this bad habit definitely adversely impacted me.

These are things that work for me- 1) wear a watch, keep all watch times 10 min ahead (wearable,car,wall clocks, all except phone time) 2) have your schedule written down somewhere, with 15 minute buffers. 3) if for some unforeseen reason you’re running late, call to inform about the delay. The fear of confrontation will more often than not make sure you’re meeting your timelines. 4) Over estimate the time it takes to travel- 15 min plus the time google maps says, as traffic, parking availability and walking to the place are all a gamble. Even if you’re taking a cab, the driver may be slow or you may not get a cab immediately. Great video as always!
Great video on an important topic, Antonio! I'll add a couple of tips that I use. I'm usually quite punctual once I'm up and about in the day, but I found first thing in the morning, I was getting a bit slow to get going and that meant I was getting out of the house a good ten minutes or so later than my ideal, which meant I was hitting the worst traffic peak, arriving later at work than I would like and then having to struggle to find a parking slot because guess what, everyone else was more punctual. So this what I did (apart from some things which were discussed in the video, like adding margins): - 1. Although the clocks on my phone, my wristwatch and in my car are all exactly on time, I have deliberately put the alarm clock and the clock in my bathroom 10 minutes ahead of the actual time. Yes, I know somewhere in my mind that I've done it, but it's a great self-trick for first thing in the morning when you don't quite recall that fact. It makes you move faster first thing and it gets you ready ahead of time. 2. I set my alarm clock with three alarms at five minute intervals. Hitting snooze doesn't work when you've got three alarms in a row! 3. When I'm looking to do a particular activity that can be time-consuming or where I may be 'lost' in the task, I take 10 seconds to decide how long it should take and use the timer function on my phone to 'enforce' that time.
As a bus driver I'm always aware of time. At first it was a change and that was hard for me with such a time sensitive career. When I'm trying to catch a connection for a passenger and there's only three minutes leeway before they miss it, I know what time it is. And I know and so do they when I miss it. These are great tips and I've already implemented most of them. I was late a few times and I almost got fired at first and that would have been a shame because I love driving a bus and helping those who I can. My problem is going to bed on time. I've set an alarm now and it's helping but I need to adhere to it every day. I can't wake up at 4:45 to go to the gym if I'm going to bed at 11, I just need to stick to it. I am doing better though. Good video except paying for a trainer is a waste of money. It’s good to pay for a trainer temporarily, until you learn the routines and knowledge. But you can easily research that on your own, hire a trainer for a couple weeks, and then start working on your own in the vast majority of your time. And maybe hire a trainer once every couple months, just to keep you on track. Because it’s important to be wise with your money and invest it. With that said, the other parts of the video are spot on… I need to work on being more punctual. I made 200 K a year and I can’t freaking get to a meeting on time. It’s terrible. I think I need to wake up earlier
Giving yourself margin time is really useful tip especially when things take more/less time than expected. I have been doing this for a while now and it has had a significant effect on my schedule.
I'm up an hour earlier than usual and watching this video for the 8th time this week. Today has been my first step to stop being a habitually late person and I want to thank you, very much I'm awake early having breakfast something i never do. My biggest tip for being punctual is to just force myself into taking action and getting up off my butt. I find that it is easy for me to show up when I drown out my overbearing thoughts and focus on the menial tasks of getting ready to leave (like counting my footsteps or humming a tune).

I've recently become habitual on coming a tad bit late to work, meetings etc. I've always blamed it on traffic (I'm a Midwesterner like yourself who live in SE Asia, where the traffic can be problematic). But no more excuses. I have to show up and grind. Style is nothing without character. I have always wanted the Vincero Bellwether Blue + Steel. Hey Antonio, I love the original grain "Whiskey Leather". I have a fair, slightly olive completion. Leather bands look a lot more natural than metal bands and this model has an amazing styling that is very eye catching without being vulgar. Love it. Great video by the way. My whole life if running 10-30 mins late. I was almost late for my wedding, was late for my mother's funeral, always late to work and never allow for things that are bound to come up. The Chrono S Rose Gold/White looks like a great watch! If I had that watch nice, I’d always look at the time on that instead of checking my phone then get distracted from notifications and social networks. Not to mention a chronograph would be a nice replacement than using the stopwatch app the on my smartphone.
I hate working for bosses that hound you over being a minute late but also not allowing you to clock in a minute early which just causes a line of disgruntled employee just standing around at the door and then fight to clock in for 60 seconds
I think a great way to be on time is to set the time 15 mins earlier than the actual time. Eventually, you will just completely forget about it and that way you will end up being early without knowing it! And to be able to pull this off, I need an automatic watch to set the time and let it run endlessly :) The Vincero kairos automatic rose gold looks the best in my opinion. I always use to set my watches 7 minutes ahead. But now with the Apple Watch I’m either right on time or late. Definitely going to embrace the 20 minute meeting for the half hour and probably 45 for the hour meeting. That will defiantly keep me on track with my life as a professional meeting goer :-(
Hey Antonio! I'm about two weeks away from graduating college and I feel that I need a watch! I don't necessarily need it to keep myself on time, although it would help improve my relationship with time, it would assist me in my current job and future career. I'm graduating with an Art degree in Jewelry and Metalsmithing and currently work in a jewelry, watch, and electronics repair store. Having a watch, and a beautiful one at that, would serve as a distinct nonverbal way to communicate with customers that I am a person who is knowledgeable and can be trusted with their most valued possessions. Our store uniform is a polo shirt and clean pants, so a clean and simple watch like the Kairos blue and brown or the Minimalist ebony gold would be great watches to both complement and elevate our uniforms; the other jeweler and I however tend to go above and beyond that established dress code. The tip I need to work on the most is to make sure I put things on my calendar to schedule things. I would forget a lot of events. I dont wear a watch unless I get dressed up for a special event. If I had the original grain minimalist ebony gold I believe i will be able to wear it all the time. It's such a versatile piece and is unique. Hi Antonio, I just got a watch from for my 30th birthday. Its a blue-ish Tissot solar touch icehockey edition. I wear it everyday and I agree, I've become more punctual. I use it to wake up to the alarm, catch the bus time, time my running sessions, stop my pomodoro intervals. By the way, the first timepiece I ever got was a MVMT simple blue-silver dress watch. I remember using your promo code. Great recommendation. I don't really need a new watch. If you happen to have spare wooden watch (I did not know that existed!) As a student, being late is a big problem. So, I'll try to use these tips as much as I can and hopefully be more punctual. As for the watch, personally, I never consider my phone as a watch. So, I wear a wristwatch whenever I go out. I love leather watch bands and black metals. I guess 'The Kairos Matte Black' fits my preferences. I really like its minimalistic design and the added calendar. Plus, it'd look amazing with a black shirt. By the way, the likes ratio on this video is outstanding!
Great Content as always Antonio! I’m enjoying your podcasts on my morning and evening commute. I admit that Vincero Kairos Automatic with white face looks like the start of a classic design!! I think the watches would go the extra mile if they included a Sunday -Saturday feature instead of day of the month. I added a waterproof clock in the shower. Most bathrooms I have had have no windows and the use of daylight to help gauge the time is lost.

I 've already got an Original Grain watch in my collection, it's the rosewood in the minimal collection and I absolutely love it. I was always punctual and on time from the army. After medically discharging, and having to medical apts. Every single time i was on time, id have to wait half hour. After 10 years it got to me and made me despise being on time. Now im trying to fix being late, but its hard with the resentment
I like this video, great rules to follow and apply! I try to be either on time or early, but usually late, even though I wear a watch and have clocks all around me. I myself was thinking of setting some of my watches 5-10 minuets early. I am a Yankees fan, so I like the NY Yankees Watch from Original Grain, but I love the look of the Zebrawood Rosegold. As a manager, my employees that are habitually late will be passed over for promotions and will likely be the first to be fired during a reduction in force. I find in almost every instance that these types of employees always have an excuse for everything.

I have been following your channel and many others such as One Dapper Street and The Modest Man for tips on upgrading my style, and so far it's been going very well. My closet is mainly earthly toned, with black/navy trousers, blue shirts, and a pair of brown Thursday Boots. My favorite two watches are the Vincero Blue/Brown Chrono and the Original Brewmaster Chrono. The Chronograph watch style itself just speaks to be, being minimalistic, elegant, and bold all at the same time. I have a brother in law who is chronically late for every thing he does. Family functions, doctor appointments, his career, and any kind of errand. He does it on purpose cause in his own words, "How dare they tell me what to do". In case your wondering how he keeps his job. I'm in favor of Original Grain's Whiskey Espresso watch. The minimilist style with it's eye catching use of actual wood and the leather band goes well with my rugged casual and dress casual clothes. I can switch the leather band for another shade of brown or a different color entirely to give me more variety. As for punctuality I'm already very punctual as I tend to think average, mean and worse case scenaries. The influence of my departed father and living in the NYC/NJ metrolpolitain area has done that to me. Antonio, thank you very much for your videos and the discount codes. Such a great video. I find myself often late because I work in a very chaotic position where my time is often spent responding to other people crises. I bet if I had one of those Original Grain watches I would be better able to use the good ol' "look at the time" excuse. Would definitely go with the Bellwether Blue + Steel from Vincero. It would definitely help me stop being late when it comes to those long days with back to back meetings and the occasional longer break between meetings. Sometimes the longer break between meetings might mess up my flow and a watch would definitely keep me on track. Plus it’d look good in a gray suit with silver accents 👌🏽
Army always told me "Be there 15 minutes prior to 15 minutes prior". Essentially plan to be to get there early (15 minutes early) by aiming for 30 minutes before the event/appointment.
I have been wanting to get a watch for a while now and I love the Vincero watches. I think that the simple Chrono S Silver/Rose gold would look good on me. I think that with some of my polos and dress clothes would really go with that. I also want to try a new look, and that would go nicely with. For wearing t-shirts and jeans, I would choose the Karios Automatic Blue/Black watch. From Vincero Watches i like The Kairos Series Rose Gold watch. So simple, beautiful with complementing brown leather and gold colours and excellent as a beginners watch. From Original Grain Watches Minimalist 40MM Ebony Gold watch looks nice and I really like the gold with leather band. I dislike having a big watch on a wall, because you can't carry it around obviously :D and having to reach for a phone very often for time check is kinda annoying especially, when the phone is charging battery further away. Anyways, I am very specific with the minutes when it comes to following schedule. With the watch I could see how many seconds till the next minute and as a whole be more time aware. Simple eyes to wrist habit could save me from letting time slip too fast when getting ready thus leaving earlier. I don't carry phone around the house every time. I want to have a steady time awereness just like a cooper runner for better results :)

Great topic in a timely manner ;). Both watches are a great suggestion. But for me it has to be original grain, simply because their minimalist collection is simple and classy. Also the simplicity of the watch face makes it easier to check the time at a glance which in turn helps to being punctual.
If you can, take the things you want/need to do and go there an hour early. For example, I schedule an hour everyday for studying a foreign language. So, I just go to where I need to go or a nearby place (coffee shop) 1 hour 10min before and study. Then because I'm so close, it makes it very easy to be on time. This is one of the great benefits of smartphones. You can do almost anything on a smartphone nowaday.

I love, how It would attract attention, while still being classic. It would be my first real leather watch wich would definitely wear it on a weekly basis together with my black suit wich I hope to finally get soon.

Consider using positive incentives also. Sometimes it is very effective. I used it early in my sales career to insure I got my prospecting done. As for watches. Original Grain is the only brand that makes be think ditching the Apple Watch and the best of the Rosewood Black
I'm definitely watching this video in its entirety. Being late has cost me opportunities including one potential gig. The recruiter who set up the interview for it informed me the client told her I was late for the appointment (I unfortunately was) and that seeing this gave her (the hiring manager) the impression that I'd in turn would be late to work if I was selected for the assignment. I'm in between jobs now and have been for awhile so this bad habit definitely adversely impacted me.
Agreed, I’m in the same situation now. I finally decided enough is enough.
What was the mail in my coffin is when my last supervisor said “you’re one of the best employees…that is when you’re actually here”
These are things that work for me-
1) wear a watch, keep all watch times 10 min ahead (wearable,car,wall clocks, all except phone time)
2) have your schedule written down somewhere, with 15 minute buffers.
3) if for some unforeseen reason you’re running late, call to inform about the delay. The fear of confrontation will more often than not make sure you’re meeting your timelines.
4) Over estimate the time it takes to travel- 15 min plus the time google maps says, as traffic, parking availability and walking to the place are all a gamble. Even if you’re taking a cab, the driver may be slow or you may not get a cab immediately.

I'll add a couple of tips that I use. I'm usually quite punctual once I'm up and about in the day, but I found first thing in the morning, I was getting a bit slow to get going and that meant I was getting out of the house a good ten minutes or so later than my ideal, which meant I was hitting the worst traffic peak, arriving later at work than I would like and then having to struggle to find a parking slot because guess what, everyone else was more punctual.
So this what I did (apart from some things which were discussed in the video, like adding margins): -
1. Although the clocks on my phone, my wristwatch and in my car are all exactly on time, I have deliberately put the alarm clock and the clock in my bathroom 10 minutes ahead of the actual time. Yes, I know somewhere in my mind that I've done it, but it's a great self-trick for first thing in the morning when you don't quite recall that fact. It makes you move faster first thing and it gets you ready ahead of time.
2. I set my alarm clock with three alarms at five minute intervals. Hitting snooze doesn't work when you've got three alarms in a row!
3. When I'm looking to do a particular activity that can be time-consuming or where I may be 'lost' in the task, I take 10 seconds to decide how long it should take and use the timer function on my phone to 'enforce' that time.
As a bus driver I'm always aware of time. At first it was a change and that was hard for me with such a time sensitive career. When I'm trying to catch a connection for a passenger and there's only three minutes leeway before they miss it, I know what time it is. And I know and so do they when I miss it.
These are great tips and I've already implemented most of them. I was late a few times and I almost got fired at first and that would have been a shame because I love driving a bus and helping those who I can.
My problem is going to bed on time. I've set an alarm now and it's helping but I need to adhere to it every day. I can't wake up at 4:45 to go to the gym if I'm going to bed at 11, I just need to stick to it. I am doing better though. Take care.
How about a home gym? You can start with a set of dumbbells and build it up from there. Saves a LOT of time.

Good video except paying for a trainer is a waste of money. It’s good to pay for a trainer temporarily, until you learn the routines and knowledge. But you can easily research that on your own, hire a trainer for a couple weeks, and then start working on your own in the vast majority of your time. And maybe hire a trainer once every couple months, just to keep you on track. Because it’s important to be wise with your money and invest it. With that said, the other parts of the video are spot on… I need to work on being more punctual. I made 200 K a year and I can’t freaking get to a meeting on time. It’s terrible. Giving yourself margin time is really useful tip especially when things take more/less time than expected. I have been doing this for a while now and it has had a significant effect on my schedule.
I'm up an hour earlier than usual and watching this video for the 8th time this week. Today has been my first step to stop being a habitually late person and I want to thank you, very much I'm awake early having breakfast something i never do. My colleagues call me boss now because I dress like one. My negative incentive was to hire a personal coach for 1500 dollars for two months. Best money I have ever spent. My biggest tip for being punctual is to just force myself into taking action and getting up off my butt. I find that it is easy for me to show up when I drown out my overbearing thoughts and focus on the menial tasks of getting ready to leave (like counting my footsteps or humming a tune).

Hey Antonio, I love the original grain "Whiskey Leather". I have a fair, slightly olive completion. Leather bands look a lot more natural than metal bands and this model has an amazing styling that is very eye catching without being vulgar. Love it. Great video by the way. My whole life if running 10-30 mins late. I was almost late for my wedding, was late for my mother's funeral, always late to work and never allow for things that are bound to come up. The Chrono S Rose Gold/White looks like a great watch! If I had that watch nice, I’d always look at the time on that instead of checking my phone then get distracted from notifications and social networks. I think a great way to be on time is to set the time 15 mins earlier than the actual time. Eventually, you will just completely forget about it and that way you will end up being early without knowing it! And to be able to pull this off, I need an automatic watch to set the time and let it run endlessly :) The Vincero kairos automatic rose gold looks the best in my opinion. I always use to set my watches 7 minutes ahead. But now with the Apple Watch I’m either right on time or late. Definitely going to embrace the 20 minute meeting for the half hour and probably 45 for the hour meeting. That will defiantly keep me on track with my life as a professional meeting goer :-(

I'm about two weeks away from graduating college and I feel that I need a watch! I don't necessarily need it to keep myself on time, although it would help improve my relationship with time, it would assist me in my current job and future career.
I'm graduating with an Art degree in Jewelry and Metalsmithing and currently work in a jewelry, watch, and electronics repair store. Having a watch, and a beautiful one at that, would serve as a distinct nonverbal way to communicate with customers that I am a person who is knowledgeable and can be trusted with their most valued possessions.
Our store uniform is a polo shirt and clean pants, so a clean and simple watch like the Kairos blue and brown or the Minimalist ebony gold would be great watches to both complement and elevate our uniforms; the other jeweler and I however tend to go above and beyond that established dress code.

The tip I need to work on the most is to make sure I put things on my calendar to schedule things. I would forget a lot of events. I dont wear a watch unless I get dressed up for a special event. If you happen to have spare wooden watch (I did not know that existed!) I'd be curious to play around with the style while still keeping track of the time. The Wiskey Barrel Original Grain suits about perfectly. You gotta admit it works well with my basic blue-brown-white colour staples.

As a student, being late is a big problem. So, I'll try to use these tips as much as I can and hopefully be more punctual.
As for the watch, personally, I never consider my phone as a watch. So, I wear a wristwatch whenever I go out. I love leather watch bands and black metals. I guess 'The Kairos Matte Black' fits my preferences. I really like its minimalistic design and the added calendar. Plus, it'd look amazing with a black shirt.

Great Content as always Antonio! I’m enjoying your podcasts on my morning and evening commute. I admit that Vincero Kairos Automatic with white face looks like the start of a classic design!! I think the watches would go the extra mile if they included a Sunday -Saturday feature instead of day of the month.
I added a waterproof clock in the shower. Most bathrooms I have had have no windows and the use of daylight to help gauge the time is lost.

I 've already got an Original Grain watch in my collection, it's the rosewood in the minimal collection and I absolutely love it. I also wanted to try a Vincero for some time now, more specifically, I love the bellweather collection's design. I love that Chrono S Rose Gold/ white watch from Vincero. I am a groomsman at a wedding in a month so not only would the watch help me be on time but it would also make me the most stylish too.
I also like the Zebrawood Rose Gold from Original Grain for everyday use because it is minimalist. Wearing it all day during all tasks will not be an issue keeping me aware of the time all the time

I was always punctual and on time from the army. After medically discharging, and having to medical apts. Every single time i was on time, id have to wait half hour. After 10 years it got to me and made me despise being on time. Now im trying to fix being late, but its hard with the resentment
I like this video, great rules to follow and apply! I try to be either on time or early, but usually late, even though I wear a watch and have clocks all around me. I myself was thinking of setting some of my watches 5-10 minuets early.

As a manager, my employees that are habitually late will be passed over for promotions and will likely be the first to be fired during a reduction in force. I find in almost every instance that these types of employees always have an excuse for everything.
I really like bellwether silver plus white, black verde and silver nero. All dope watches, you are not late anywhere with those, those type of watches are able to keep your integrity!

Great video yet again. I have been following your channel and many others such as One Dapper Street and The Modest Man for tips on upgrading my style, and so far it's been going very well. My closet is mainly earthly toned, with black/navy trousers, blue shirts, and a pair of brown Thursday Boots. My favorite two watches are the Vincero Blue/Brown Chrono and the Original Brewmaster Chrono. The Chronograph watch style itself just speaks to be, being minimalistic, elegant, and bold all at the same time. Second, both of these watches are very earthy and warm, matching my closet and upping my style game. Either one of these watches would be a blessing.

I have a brother in law who is chronically late for every thing he does. Family functions, doctor appointments, his career, and any kind of errand. He does it on purpose cause in his own words, "How dare they tell me what to do".

Hi Antonio, the rose gold chrono s model is by far the most stunning out of their whole collection in my opinion. The rose gold 10 millimeter casing with the black dial will complement my undertone, while being versatile in my wardrobe. I've noticed that i'm the guy everyone waits for, and I want a change. I'm in favor of Original Grain's Whiskey Espresso watch. The minimilist style with it's eye catching use of actual wood and the leather band goes well with my rugged casual and dress casual clothes. I can switch the leather band for another shade of brown or a different color entirely to give me more variety. As for punctuality I'm already very punctual as I tend to think average, mean and worse case scenaries. The influence of my departed father and living in the NYC/NJ metrolpolitain area has done that to me. Antonio, thank you very much for your videos and the discount codes. I had used one to buy a Vincero's The Chrono S Blue/Brown watch along with a second strap in black croc to have my leathers match in my dress casual and suits.
Such a great video. I find myself often late because I work in a very chaotic position where my time is often spent responding to other people crises. I bet if I had one of those Original Grain watches I would be better able to use the good ol' "look at the time" excuse. It's just not the same to pull out your phone in the middle of a conversation to check the time...

The Chrono S silver/tan!! This watch looks amazing in my opinion! Honestly I don't have a problem with being on time cause i work on this since I'm a child. My parents taught me to be on time always! But reason Nr 9: I'm a yes-guy! I really need to boost my self confidence and learn to say no and this watch wouldn't definitely help me to improve my self confidence cause it would also fit perfectly to my new new pair of shoes (cognac colour). Would definitely go with the Bellwether Blue + Steel from Vincero. It would definitely help me stop being late when it comes to those long days with back to back meetings and the occasional longer break between meetings. Sometimes the longer break between meetings might mess up my flow and a watch would definitely keep me on track. Plus it’d look good in a gray suit with silver accents 👌🏽

Army always told me "Be there 15 minutes prior to 15 minutes prior". Essentially plan to be to get there early (15 minutes early) by aiming for 30 minutes before the event/appointment.
I have been wanting to get a watch for a while now and I love the Vincero watches. I do have a problem being on time and I am finding it increasingly troublesome to look at my phone every time I need to know what time it is. I think that the simple Chrono S Silver/Rose gold would look good on me. I think that with some of my polos and dress clothes would really go with that. I also want to try a new look, and that would go nicely with. For wearing t-shirts and jeans, I would choose the Karios Automatic Blue/Black watch. However, to be honest, to even have a Vincero would be great. It will help keep me from being late by having me checking it all the time. Great videos as always.

From Original Grain Watches Minimalist 40MM Ebony Gold watch looks nice and I really like the gold with leather band.
I dislike having a big watch on a wall, because you can't carry it around obviously :D and having to reach for a phone very often for time check is kinda annoying especially, when the phone is charging battery further away.
Anyways, I am very specific with the minutes when it comes to following schedule. With the watch I could see how many seconds till the next minute and as a whole be more time aware. Simple eyes to wrist habit could save me from letting time slip too fast when getting ready thus leaving earlier. I don't carry phone around the house every time. I want to have a steady time awereness just like a cooper runner for better results :)

Great topic in a timely manner ;). Both watches are a great suggestion. But for me it has to be original grain, simply because their minimalist collection is simple and classy. Also the simplicity of the watch face makes it easier to check the time at a glance which in turn helps to being punctual.

If you can, take the things you want/need to do and go there an hour early. For example, I schedule an hour everyday for studying a foreign language. So, I just go to where I need to go or a nearby place (coffee shop) 1 hour 10min before and study. Then because I'm so close, it makes it very easy to be on time. This is one of the great benefits of smartphones. You can do almost anything on a smartphone nowaday.
