  • Specs battle between 2 budget sport bike under $6.000.
    2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 vs 2022 KTM RC390.
With Stronger motor, comfortable riding position, and proven reliability, Ninja 400 seems to be a better choice for those want a commuter sport bike that good and comfy enough to go through daily city traffic and also capable of cruising highway. You need to spent some money on it though if you want to make it to be a competent track bike.
For those who goes to track often and really serious about racing, RC390 is a great bike to start with. It's "ready to race" in its stock form, has excellent chassis, strong brakes, adjustable suspension, and rider aids that is better than Ninja.

Back in the day, you could take an Aprilia RS125, swap out the rear end for a RS250 and put in a 350cc Rotax 2 stroke motor that they used to use in side cars. I had the chassis components and the bike - just never found an engine. Too many desperate sidecar racers spoiling my fun. Would have been the perfect bike.

KTM is quite tall (32.5 inches) for a small cc bike. That will turn off a lot of beginners as they do not feel comfortable.

In India , everything opposite 🥲, Ninja 400 is twice the price of RC 390 😮‍💨😐
    RC 390 2022 is ₹3.15 lakh and Ninja 400 is ₹5.5 lakh 🤧🤧 in India 🇮🇳
And Ninja though has more speed but it has not better handling than RC 390, so 390 is safer 🙂, because of its better handling, 390 can use its 100% performance all time but Ninja 400 will be slightly slower in race 🏁 track because it will hardly give 90 to 95% performance mostly due to slightly bad handling 🙃

@@thedoctor5686 😒Ninja gives outdated and low quality body🙄, and KTM gives best hardware, best chassis, best brake and best suspension 😒
Price is twice because kawasaki ninja 300, 400 These bikes are imported from Japan 😒 and Government takes tax 🙄 around 100% of the bike's Price 😑😑
And Kawasaki isn't launching their small bikes here 🙄 😒 if it happens then Ninjas will be around 20k to 40k cheaper than KTM 390, because they are not actually that much premium 😐 like KTM...

@@thedoctor5686 Japanese bikes are good in 1000cc and 650cc segment, not in 300cc 😐, as Kawasaki has very few showroom and service centre here.. so I can't call them reliable because if any problem happens, I'll have to wait for months to get the part imported 🙄, not a good option as 1st bike 😐

N400 has weak chassis and a bad design. The engine is the stress member. This is the reason why you see a lot of common leaking issues like oil and coolant in the cylinder area.
