All hunky dory on my Sony Xperia Z5 Premium with LineageOS 18.1 (Android 11). Needed to install the very latest safetynet-fix (v2.3.1) before Google Pay would use NFC (v2.2.1 wouldn't do this). The most obstinate of my banking apps all work now too. 😄 Many thanks
p.s. Google Play Services refused to stay as a selected app on the Magisk DenyList, although it made to no difference to the result

6 months on and haven't been able to register with the Barclaycard app.
Also, Google Wallet not working with payments, although this seems to be a problem with LineageOS and NFC.

Worked for my banking app Privat24.
But GPay still says phone is rooted. Cannot use NFC.
With Magisk 23 and RiRu it worked. But after update to Magisk 24.3 I cannot make it work, even after downgrading Magisk back to 23.
Clearing Google Services and GPay data does not help too.
