Series connection Battery / How to use Battery Equalizer
Series connection Battery / How to use Battery Equalizer.
Using a battery equalizer for a 48V battery system can help maintain the voltage balance across individual battery cells or groups, improving efficiency, lifespan, and performance. Here's a general approach to how you would use a battery equalizer for a 48V system:
1. Choose the Right Equalizer:
Voltage Range: Make sure the equalizer is designed for a 48V system. Battery equalizers often come in different voltage ranges, so verify that the one you're considering can handle the voltage of your battery pack.
Type of Battery Chemistry: Equalizers are also designed for specific battery chemistries like lithium, lead-acid, etc., so choose one that matches your battery type.
Current Rating: Check the current rating to ensure the equalizer can handle the charge and discharge currents of your system.
2. Install the Equalizer:
Location: The equalizer is typically connected directly to the battery pack, usually between the battery's BMS (Battery Management System) and the cells or battery groups.
Wiring: Properly wire the equalizer to each of the individual cells or battery strings. It might require wiring for each string of cells in a series (e.g., for a 48V system, if you're using 12V battery groups, you'd wire it to each group).

I connected 1000 batteries

In this setup, I connected 1000 individual 1.5V batteries end to end in a series circuit. Each battery contributes its voltage to the overall potential difference, meaning the voltages of all the batteries add up. As a result, the total voltage of your system is: Total Voltage=1.5V×1000=1500V So, the output of your battery chain is 1500V, which is quite substantial compared to a typical househo...

Great video! It's really helpful to understand how a battery equalizer works when connecting batteries in series. Ensuring that all the batteries are balanced is crucial for longevity and efficiency. I love how you broke down the process of using the equalizer-it makes a complicated topic more approachable. I'm definitely going to keep this in mind for my next battery setup 🙂
Hey dude 😎 first tnx for education video and very better than now that yoy drow schematic or details
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
elecroboom 2.0 this is so cool
Great alarm, buddy, but it looks like you’re missing out on some much-needed sleep 😂
Beautiful alarm, my friend, but it seems like you're not really getting any sleep
That capacitor just went full fireworks mode
Make a good alarm that will wake up even the neighbors 😂😂😂
You make a great alarm, my friend, but be careful with your ears 😄😄😄
Please live longer

Your arc sounds too microwavy to be true.
When I was a kid, I managed to start a motor by combining 20 1.5 volt batteries, but I got a terrible electric shock.
nice fake du boomer batteries does not have 50Hz
15:28 I was literally giving some blow of air by my mouth ... i thought that this was happening in front of my bro tour camera quality is insane may i know which brand is this?
Camera is Sony 4K model FDR-AX43 (around 700$ in my country) 20x optical ZEISS zoom

It looks like he have been forced to do this
so fake! its a MOT
Have you ever seen the electricity generated by a high-rise solar panel? It produces DC voltage, and it looks like this
Have you ever seen what a high-voltage arc looks like?
Actually, the sound you're hearing at 50 or 60Hz is probably the characteristic hum of the transformer, which can be mistaken for the sound of an arc. The presence of an arc doesn't necessarily mean it's fake-high-voltage arcs can be generated in many different settings, including with MOTs
I am more impressed that he managed to connect all those batteries.
Sounded like AC arcs, cool video though. There should be a hissing sound when arcing DC high voltage, however these arcs do not have that hissing sound when arcing and instead has a humming sound. What dc arcs sound like ua-cam.com/video/p-8mlXzti6A/v-deo.htmlsi=AhiGzSSmMa0S9NtZ
Hahaha 🤣😂
By the sound, the length of the arc, it really looks like an MOT. In addition, connecting the batteries in this way is unreliable and more than likely they will not have a circuit, and even in such a number.
The voltage from the solar panels looks like this which is DC voltage
mate.... i cant hear the HEARTZ
FAKE. 0:25 50 or 60Hz arc sound. You have a M.O.T. connected to wires.
I'm NOT electrician, but i've spend a bit of time to find out how it could be. A) sound of ionized air can make cracking, we heard that clearly here, also depends on distance it may have high frequency, not 50/60hz ofc, but here is the thing it MAY sound like this because of the way how the sound WAS RECORDED. Microphone can have aliasing effect if this cracking sound got higher frequency or it maybe due to microphone works on 50/60hz frequency due to own power supply. So i would say it's highly possible that video is true and author not faked it :)
@@JoD_ShepherD DC arc is like HF AC arc - no low freq (transformer like) buzzing, just hissing. Google any video with DC arcs or HF AC (flyback ZVS), and you can see a thing.

But why are you looking like you're crying?
Maybe because he spent the whole day connecting batteries and is just too exhausted to function now 🤣🤣
good experiment
What type of cell did you use, are they rechargeable?
I use 1.5V AAA ZINC-CARBON not rechargeable batteries

Yes, You can but no more for 20

You're crazy man, but I like the vid😊
Thank you, I appreciate that you like it.
Always hook battery up first.
Use mppt controler instead its much better
BIG CONTROLER NOT MPPT 💯12 mosfet garbige 💯 frend , only Power Mr 60 Amper vorking 100Volts inputs , end Epever 40Ampers 100 Volts inputa panel 💯 MPPT BEST CHOICE FREND, NOT EROR .
Every controller has good and bad things. I will make a video and explain it to you my friend.
Controler blue black maximal 45Volts for Solar panel plese paralel panel 42Volts vorking controler , first connect batery so then solar panel 42Volts paralel 2 panel not serial 💯👍🇷🇸 greting frends SERBIJA 🇷🇸💪👀
