Our tendency when defending is to all drift across to where the ball is exposing the opposite side. Teams have learnt this and always keep the opposite winger out wide. In this case Nunes. If you’re going to drift then the purpose has to be stopping crosses coming in But Radu “dazzles” ? Not sure about that but he was solid and determined in the face of City’s constant second half attacks. I thought he was quality and a lot of good work in the air and on the ground. Shown by the lack of clear chances City had. My concern is Romero. Too many basic mistakes. Great for Argentina just OK for us. Not good enough IMO But overall a game well managed and played and hope Timo goes on to score many more. Good player My best friend is a lifelong City fan and she said that overall the best team won and deserved it. Could have been 5-2 to Spurs
Yeah seems a bit much to say “dazzles”. He does look to be a solid defender but nowhere near the ball handling as Romero or pace of VDV. Tough to measure against those two though so I expect he will improve if he’s as good of a trainer as they say.
Another fantastic and informative video by Wilmot and guest sorry Mr Gold

Definitely shaky, after City scored I couldn't watch the 2nd half or I would end up in A& E
He needs game time to get confidence. Why is he not shakey at the national team?
