The taxi journey to the airport is the most depressing thing ever. Pretty sure I was tearing up too at the thoughts of going back to a "normal" life in England. talk about depressing! Was made even worse when a girl i'd been after the whole trip messaged me to meet up, as I was literally sat in Departures waiting to board! The best thing you can do is book your return flights ASAP, and begin the countdown to returning. I now feel like i wasted years and years travelling to spain/ orlando etc. One newbie tip - DONT take tons of cash out with you. If your budget is 5k dont carry 8 or 10 " just incase", as you will find reasons to spend it 555 . Also leave your bank card in the safe in your hotel, less tempting to use an ATM and continue the party then. I kept 100 in my phone case as taxi home money so i didnt accidentally spend it. Totally agree on staying Central, I had no clue where anything was, so it was great to be able to walk out to places and not have to worry about how to navigate there. I stayed soi21 opposite treetown. Also be careful giving your Line ID out to girls. its very tempting, and useful, but it's only a matter of time until those messages start rolling in for help. Now that low season is really biting, had several this past week. I know some guys get rid of Line and open a new account each trip - probably a better idea. It does get into your blood though the place. Only been home 9 days and already obsessed with getting back. Wait there's a beach there? 555

I'm well in my 70's now, my 18th trip since 2016, (2years covid out of that)coming up in August, your video describes this wonderful paradise perfectly, I would advise anyone who is coming for the 1st time to watch and take all what you have said as fact, although I have paced my days out a little different from your description, I literally cried when I was leaving after my 1st trip, yes and fell in love, the girls make you feel so very special, but at the end of the day your just another farang! Take heed newbies!
It’s hard for me to give newbies advice about Pattaya because although I do love having a blast in Pattaya! 3-4 days is enough for me😂 and then I have to go down to the islands to chill😂! But I think you touched on most things there👍 you defined it pretty well😂 Stay away from walking street proper tourist trap😂

I am in the process of planning a trip to Thailand. Technically, I will be a newbie, but I have done multiple trips to Rio, so I am familiar with all your techniques and advice. And you comment about being sad on the plane, it happened to me the first time I went to Rio. It was amazing how many other sad faces were on that plane. Lol. Thanks for the tips.
Book it. The baht is low at the moment. I would never go to Rio and its favelas. Agree with the guy's comments, but Pattaya is not like that. Yes they will try to sell you their grandmother, but in a friendly way. And where else can you get an oil massage for £8 (plus tip for a happy ending}?

Absolutely spot on apart from your very 1st comment DON'T BOOK A Flight unless it's directly through the airline 3rd party agents might be cheaper but believe me it's not worth it as I found out to my cost iwas in pattaya when covid kicked off and Emirates cancelled my return flights I had to rebook at ridiculous prices to get home!! Pretty much agree with all of that. £1k for a week is a bloody good time, can do it for £750 or many thousands. Any more than 2 weeks and i was slowing down. Living out there permanently is different, you can’t party 7 nights a week. Would be interested in how much you live on per month as an expat?

I went to Pattaya for a month holiday in 2007. It was like living in a dream lol. Got home and had just left the army at the time, so after 3 weeks living back in the UK I packed my shit and booked a flight back out. Stayed there from February to November and burnt through almost 40K lol. Stayed in newly opened at the time Nova Atruim condos. Lived like an absolute king with loads of trips to Koh Samet, Koh Samui, Puket etc. Ran out of money in the end and had to borrow the cash for a flight home from a friend. You can defo have to much of a good thing as I was actually bored of it in the end. Hell of a experience though 😅
Moving there to live is the only answer, it’s a one way ticket for me in November 26. It’s so so cheap to rent a half decent condo, food is cheap. medical insurance is a must and key visa will take care of all the paperwork. You don’t need a lot of money to live there but you must have self discipline if you like a drink. The UK has had it, the only thing people used to come here for was the free healthcare- now it’s even a struggle to just see a doctor. the NHS is a dead loss - a lot of good info by the way 🙏🇬🇧
Great video. I was a newbie three months ago, broke every rule in the book hahaha but had an amazing time . Yeah,divorced before covid but never broken hearted, just went to sample the lovelies . I'd set myself a budget of £2.5K for two weeks, blew an extra 1k . Came back and booked up for the end of August . 3 hours after landing I was on soi 6 and short timing a little spinner . Best street in the entire world 555 . It's in my blood now, no escaping it .
one off the early mistakes i made (and sometimes still do) is barfining ladies after a full night on the lash..your end up paying through the nose and your overall judgement is impaired...better to take care off "needs" through the day, soi 6, massage etc and just drink and fun at night..not easy to do tho 🤣
Taxi Tip!!! When arriving at Bangkok,proceed upstairs to departures and flag a taxi there,many taxis bringing guys from Pattaya and heading back that way anyway,1000 bt max no haggling.
I like the "lifestyle" in Pattaya with bars, girls, etc....but it doesn't mean, that everybody takes part in the "loop" you mentioned, bar till 3.00 a.m, sleeping during day. You also can do a lot of other things like may be playing golf on about 14 or more famous courses, making excursions, trips, explore other places, etc., and you can do your "lifestyle" on some days of your stay, not daily....just another way...but nice too....
I get what your saying, but lets be honest 99% of men come here for just that bars and girls. they see the girls and bars for the first time, and cant get out of them, I remember I use to have a plan in my head to visit this and that but never ever did, I've been planning on playing golf here for the last 5 months I stay ain't played . thanks for the message mate.
Great info. 1st visit coming. I am flying in the end of Sept and I figured walking street was just for walking and people watching. I'm not much of a drinker. I see in comments that going to Jomtiem might be a better fit. For Pattaya it sounds like Soi 6 until the fever breaks and I can think straight and my.mind is working. Then maybe evenings exploring bars and such. No interest in a gogo even once. Is the a soi 6 equivalent in Jomtiem or Hua Hin? Hunting that balance of fun companion, and site seeing.

I nearly fell off the couch at what you were saying, here's one thing, the first time we were there one of the lads fell the this girl, the story of her being short of money. This lad was told by her that her buffalo needed dance lessons and she had no money to pay for them, not to worry in all his innocence we set him straight, when you were on about crying on the flight, man it was like a national flood desaster. I always change I get a different one everyday sometimes 2 and I've had tons of freelancers from the clubs and never had an issue only had great times and ive been 45 times.
I'm from the UK living in Pattaya and this video was almost perfect for drunken womanisers. I've lived in Central Pattaya and now in Jomtien and have never once paid a girl for sex or barfined a girl and live a great life for less than £800 per month near the beach. There are thousands of women of all ages in Pattaya who don't work in the adult industry and I've dated many of them and not paid them a single penny but if a man is dumb enough to waste £1000 per week as you say on women and alcohol then more fool them and they'll live a very short life! Was great watching this video made me really smile cos i can relate to everything. I have been too pattaya many tines but not since 2012. The times i spent there i mostly stuck to walking street and never bar fined a girl anywhere else but back then bar fines even in walking street were from 600 to max 1000 baht even in the agogo with absolute stunners and long time was 2000 baht sadly thats a thing of the past we all know that. I get the 3 day rule thing and the advice to only spend one day with a girl and move on but i confess i did spend days with the same girl but i waa realistic i never truly fell in love i always kept it in my heas that most likely the girl would be with the next guy who showed interest before i get back to uk and if u think like that should be fine. I kept in touch with a few girls through phone calls and i had different experiences one of them did always try extract money for various reasons which is the norm but suprisingly the other one who waa absolutely gorgeous never asked for a penny and we chatted two or three times a week but as i said that was years ago and times are different so guess i will have to re-evaluate i will be back in pattaya mid july for 10 days so guess im gonna find out but this time im with my sons who are 20 and 17 so it will be different this time i cant do what i would do if im alone. The one thing i too can guarantee though is the day u have to leave is torture and its true all u will think about is how to get back as fast as possible i know i did. Always offer a set price for the night, when you ask the lady how much and she gives a price you dont wanna pay or go discus about she looses face. Indeed say goodbye after the 1 night and morning, they wanna stick with you, believe me you dont want that. I made all the mistakes. When you dont live in Pattaya do NOT get involved with a barlady, just have your fun, sanook mak and cut all ties when you fly back. Thats my advice, its from an experienced guy...

Not sure when I will get to Thailand, but the goal is within the next 1-2 years. I am not a hood flyer, so 25-30 hour travel time is not very appealing to me as well.

Absolutely spot on apart from your very 1st comment DON'T BOOK A Flight unless it's directly through the airline 3rd party agents might be cheaper but believe me it's not worth it as I found out to my cost iwas in pattaya when covid kicked off and Emirates cancelled my return flights I had to rebook at ridiculous prices to get home!! Just a word of advice as you never know??

I have been to pattaya many times last visit 6 weeks ago,returning end of October, sometimes for a laugh i tell the girls its my first visit and sit back and listen to the bullshit, I still can't work out how to get the baht bus back to soi buakhao, usually end up walking up soi Diana, great advice for the newbies ❤

Pretty much agree with all of that. £1k for a week is a bloody good time, can do it for £750 or many thousands. Any more than 2 weeks and i was slowing down. Living out there permanently is different, you can’t party 7 nights a week. Would be interested in how much you live on per month as an expat?
I'm out 99% of the time, getting bored of it all now mate, I spend about 65000 baht a month

I went to Pattaya for a month holiday in 2007. It was like living in a dream lol. Got home and had just left the army at the time, so after 3 weeks living back in the UK I packed my shit and booked a flight back out. Stayed there from February to November and burnt through almost 40K lol. Stayed in newly opened at the time Nova Atruim condos. Lived like an absolute king with loads of trips to Koh Samet, Koh Samui, Puket etc. Ran out of money in the end and had to borrow the cash for a flight home from a friend. You can defo have to much of a good thing as I was actually bored of it in the end. Hell of a experience though 😅

Moving there to live is the only answer, it’s a one way ticket for me in November 26. It’s so so cheap to rent a half decent condo, food is cheap.
medical insurance is a must and key visa will take care of all the paperwork. You don’t need a lot of money to live there but you must have self discipline
if you like a drink. The UK has had it, the only thing people used to come here for was the free healthcare- now it’s even a struggle to just see a doctor.

Great video. I was a newbie three months ago, broke every rule in the book hahaha but had an amazing time . Yeah,divorced before covid but never broken hearted, just went to sample the lovelies . I'd set myself a budget of £2.5K for two weeks, blew an extra 1k . Came back and booked up for the end of August . 3 hours after landing I was on soi 6 and short timing a little spinner . Best street in the entire world 555 . It's in my blood now, no escaping it .

one off the early mistakes i made (and sometimes still do) is barfining ladies after a full night on the lash..your end up paying through the nose and your overall judgement is impaired...better to take care off "needs" through the day, soi 6, massage etc and just drink and fun at night..not easy to do tho 🤣

Taxi Tip!!! When arriving at Bangkok,proceed upstairs to departures and flag a taxi there,many taxis bringing guys from Pattaya and heading back that way anyway,1000 bt max no haggling.

I like the "lifestyle" in Pattaya with bars, girls, etc....but it doesn't mean, that everybody takes part in the "loop" you mentioned, bar till 3.00 a.m, sleeping during day. You also can do a lot of other things like may be playing golf on about 14 or more famous courses, making excursions, trips, explore other places, etc., and you can do your "lifestyle" on some days of your stay, not daily....just another way...but nice too....
I get what your saying, but lets be honest 99% of men come here for just that bars and girls. they see the girls and bars for the first time, and cant get out of them, I remember I use to have a plan in my head to visit this and that but never ever did, I've been planning on playing golf here for the last 5 months I stay ain't played . thanks for the message mate.

Great info. 1st visit coming. I am flying in the end of Sept and I figured walking street was just for walking and people watching. I'm not much of a drinker. I see in comments that going to Jomtiem might be a better fit. For Pattaya it sounds like Soi 6 until the fever breaks and I can think straight and my.mind is working. Then maybe evenings exploring bars and such. No interest in a gogo even once. Is the a soi 6 equivalent in Jomtiem or Hua Hin? Hunting that balance of fun companion, and site seeing.

I nearly fell off the couch at what you were saying, here's one thing, the first time we were there one of the lads fell the this girl, the story of her being short of money. This lad was told by her that her buffalo needed dance lessons and she had no money to pay for them, not to worry in all his innocence we set him straight, when you were on about crying on the flight, man it was like a national flood desaster. I'm from the UK living in Pattaya and this video was almost perfect for drunken womanisers. I've lived in Central Pattaya and now in Jomtien and have never once paid a girl for sex or barfined a girl and live a great life for less than £800 per month near the beach.
There are thousands of women of all ages in Pattaya who don't work in the adult industry and I've dated many of them and not paid them a single penny but if a man is dumb enough to waste £1000 per week as you say on women and alcohol then more fool them and they'll live a very short life! Love the channel btw! 👍

@@welshboywebby It is different living there but even when I first started going to Pattaya I never barfined. I'm 45 now, never drank alcohol, done drugs, smoked or wasted money on women so it's all about discipline.
Nothing will depress a man and shorten his life faster than wasting thousands on women and alcohol and ending up skint with nothing. That would be enough to turn a man to drink! 😯🤣🤣👍

Very true mate I come first time in January 23 got back next day booked flight back for 3 weeks in June just got back all ready booked to come back in September first time okay no fall in love but number 2 holiday same girl 4 nights wow started having feelings for her have been missing her but home now 3 weeks not as much feelings as when I left so going to stay away from her in September don’t want to fall in love with no1 but it’s hard not to because the girls are just amazing 😻 well see you in September and in June went to Maggie mays well well that’s all I can say lol 😂

Was great watching this video made me really smile cos i can relate to everything. I have been too pattaya many tines but not since 2012.
The times i spent there i mostly stuck to walking street and never bar fined a girl anywhere else but back then bar fines even in walking street were from 600 to max 1000 baht even in the agogo with absolute stunners and long time was 2000 baht sadly thats a thing of the past we all know that.
I get the 3 day rule thing and the advice to only spend one day with a girl and move on but i confess i did spend days with the same girl but i waa realistic i never truly fell in love i always kept it in my heas that most likely the girl would be with the next guy who showed interest before i get back to uk and if u think like that should be fine. I kept in touch with a few girls through phone calls and i had different experiences one of them did always try extract money for various reasons which is the norm but suprisingly the other one who waa absolutely gorgeous never asked for a penny and we chatted two or three times a week but as i said that was years ago and times are different so guess i will have to re-evaluate i will be back in pattaya mid july for 10 days so guess im gonna find out but this time im with my sons who are 20 and 17 so it will be different this time i cant do what i would do if im alone.
The one thing i too can guarantee though is the day u have to leave is torture and its true all u will think about is how to get back as fast as possible i know i did.

Always offer a set price for the night, when you ask the lady how much and she gives a price you dont wanna pay or go discus about she looses face. Indeed say goodbye after the 1 night and morning, they wanna stick with you, believe me you dont want that. I made all the mistakes. When you dont live in Pattaya do NOT get involved with a barlady, just have your fun, sanook mak and cut all ties when you fly back. Thats my advice, its from an experienced guy...
