Whoever took it over, is extremely fortunate and I hope they keep it going. Your stay in Gambia reminded me of how and where I grew up, although it was across the ocean in South America. Safe travels and maybe one day you will come here to BC, Western Canada, where I am now living.

Sorry about that 😊 Our friend Moor who lives in the same house is taking care of all the birds and Bonzo. But he will reduce the number of birds when all the chicks and ducklings grow up. Otherwise the population can be too big for the small yard 😊

In Mexico we make the tea (of course) but let it cool and then add ice and sugar and it makes the most delicious drinking "agua fresca" (fresh water) you can imagine. We call it "agua de Jamaica". Bonzo is such a nice guy but he is on a little diet and donates his food for the chickenfriends. Such a nice video and seeing all this grow. Somehow sad to leave this behind but thats always the same on a biketour. Never enough time to stay and enjoy for longer.
