My fave country in Latin America! Peru is a country that seamlessly blends tradition and natural beauty, offering an authentic cultural experience that's hard to find elsewhere. Peru's rich cultural heritage is a treasure trove waiting to be discovered.
Wow,first time I came across your channel,I never watched a video for over 2 hours, thank you,you made my day, at 61,i wish i could be young again just to take that route,I lack enough words to express my gratitude,be blessed wherever you go
My wife and I went to Peru somewhat randomly as a family member going on a 'meet the parents' trip turned into a moveable adventure/party. Everyone knows about Machu Picchu and of course we went (less people due to covid, bonus!) but the people, the food and the amazing natural beauty outside the crowded tourist cities.... I fell in love. Next time we're taking our kids so they can experience it as well!
What a country Peru is! I've driven the Abra del Acay but this trip takes Andean adventure to a new level (literally!). And to think that Peru also has Iquitos in Amazonia: the largest settlement in the world that cannot be reached by road... Thank you for the fabulous film!
That was so amazing, thank you for showing us all the beauty of the world!!!!!! I'm peruvian, and I'd like to recommend us to take the peruvian tropical route which starts from Jaen (Cajamarca), then Chachapoyas (Amazonas)-Tarapoto (San Martin)- Pucallpa (Ucayali)-Pozuzo (Pasco), Oxapampa (Pasco) and then you can go to Lima. You'll never regret about this route, it's so amazing, too! Good luck, guys!
fuaaa que increible y eso que soy de peru. jamas tuve la oportunidad de salir de trujillo solo fui a los huacos de la fertilidad en un futuro recorrere con un toyota toda mi nacion :)
I often pick a video to watch while eating dinner. Tonight, it was this one. I never knew Peru was as stunning as you have portrayed. This is simply amazing! Thanks from Australia!
Peru is still my favorite place you guys been to and it is where the potato comes from over 100 varieties , plus the spices there are the best in the world , and Stacey you are so cute like Peru .... All love .... Joe
The Apu’s❣️‼️❣️‼️You’ve brought back so many memories‼️ I’ve been to 17,000 feet at Sallali to Colca Canyon Peru to pick up a load of alpaca with my Peruvian husband and his nephew. There was an active volcano very near there- Astounding Adventure🥰❣️❣️❣️‼️‼️‼️
I LOVE your content. You’re literally an inspiration and a literal definition to the word “travel”. You are the richest people I’ve ever seen (I wish I knew personally). I keep telling my friends and family about your channel and I swear to the honest God Jesus, I tell them “this is exactly how I would travel when I hit the lotto” You guys are so blessed that you are doing this when you’re young, cause when u get a few more years under your belt, you have major hesitations and mental road blocks that seem immovable at times. God bless you for what you’re doing and for the inspiration that you give to the rest of us. You are truly a godsend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Wooowwww!!! Comments that force us to read it again 5-10 times. This is the reason we love doing what we do. Thank you for taking the time to write your thoughts. We appreciate you being here with us!! 🙌🏻🙏🏼
Peru. My first video of yours I’ve watched and I’m locked in. Thank you guys for taking the time to create this footage. Phenomenal views, great camera skills, the narration. Great work.
_Hello I am peruvian, I love your video from the beginning to the end. I love your great work and the poetic words during your journey inside of those remote places. Those mountains have an spirit inside. Incas knew that ans saw the world as "Cosmovision Inca" . I am totally sure that you felt the power and spirit of those mountains and deserts. In Peru, before trekking or peregrination we offer "pago a la Pachamama" what is offering some food and asking for permission and protection to mother-nature ( Pachamama). Your admiration and respect shown in your video, is a "pago a la Pachamama" . It is a way of giving back what you saw and felt while traveling. Thanks for your work and dedication. Thanks again_
i did a long-distance longboarding push trip through this area this summer. we went up hwy 12 at 20:00 and I remember all those features so well! Maybe the coolest place I've ever seen. and of course punta olimpica too! would recommend that area to anyone, so magical
this is the best travel content on youtube atm. its just real and not over the top and its cool and out there and shows me things i may never get to see.
Wow this one blew my socks off! Ya'll, this was on my bucket list of places to travel to! The scenery was magical and holy wow do I want to see it first hand even more. The highway ya'll traveled on was very daunting for this wheelchair bound old lady. Life happens, things change in the blink of an eye and your whole world changes. Everything you counted on doing has to be put on hold for a massive change, but I made myself a promise to go far and above what the doctors expect from me. I WILL get back on the road, but I'm going to stay stateside until I'm comfortable with the, hopefully insurance approved, artificial leg. I'm so happy ya'll did this video. The million dollar views are spectacular! Looks like sliding the dunes might just be the icing on the cake, that looked like so much fun. Who says you cant have fun like that at 63! The villages looked like the best way to experience the culture. I have to say i was surprised by the amount of trash even way out in the middle of no where. Peru is a treasure and tourism could be much better without all the trash, even way up in the mountains. Your first night camping showed how much the people could change their environment just by being careful with the trash. I hope to one day get the all clear from my cardiologist to be able to go up higher than 1,000 ft, but that mat never happen and thats ok because there are so many things to see in the USA that it might be a while before i see real mountains, lol. Ya'll be safe, happy trails and safe travels out there!
Unbelievably epic! The highlight for me was the salt mines fed by an underground spring - a natural marvel! The stunning visuals and the rich cultural insights make this documentary a must-see for all travel lovers!
That was the most enjoyable 2hrs plus, that I've ever watched on Utube, thanks guys. I look forward to following your new adventures with great anticipation.
This video is incredible, I am from Peru but I live in Florida, USA, and I have always dreamed of doing overlanding in PERU. What you showed is only 5% of how beautiful PERU is. Many of the deepest canyons in the world are missing, many waterfalls, the highest in the world. world low jungle high jungle beaches in the south of PERU and many things that I want to show the world that PERU is one or the best in the world in doing OVERLAND thank you guys for inspiring me to continue fulfilling my dream BLESSINGS
I’ve been to Peru, in Cusco and Macchu Picchu but your experience is just is just EPIC! Your video editing is amazing. I wish you well in your future adventures.
Best travel channel on UA-cam. I dont get to travel much, so i just watch your videos and enjoy the adventures. The chemistry between you two lets us see you truly enjoy not only each others company but the adventure you are on. The drone shots while you are driving are a nice touch, and the drone shots of the landscape are amazing. We will be watching from N.C. every time you put a new video out.
I instantly became a sub while watching your epic Peru trip going to the ends of the earth that few ever do. The commentary & editing is perfect. Watched your Guatemala trip and now watching your Mexico trip…land of waterfalls, simply amazing. Can’t wait to see your Patagonia trip, I’ve been talking to my wife about that part of the world for years. Keep up the great excursions. Sub for life, thank you for the incredible content. Highly recommend this channel.
Great video, I'm enjoying it a lot. I've hiked the Peruvian Andes several years ago and overlanding it seems like an awesome experience. Please be more mindful of preserving the nature and leaving no traces of your visit. Camping only in designated areas is important for keeping the nature untouched and please try to avoid driving off the trail, moving logs and stuff around, as wildlife could be using those for their habitats
Thank guys, for sharing your adventure of Peru! You each must have experienced tremendous personal growth by this travel and are inspiring your viewers to do like-wise! Nice to learn there is kindness in many parts of the world. I am inspired, jealous, and motivated.
Congratulations guys I have watch a few overlanders take this route. But you guys caught it in the most beautiful light. Great drone work and fantastic editing 👏. All in all you've really nailed it and got alot more engaging with you editing. Love you both and safe travel always ❤️
Pink lakes are often caused by a combination of salt-tolerant algae and bacteria that produce pigments. The algae, such as Dunaliella salina, produce carotenoids to protect themselves from UV rays in the salty environment. The bacteria, called halobacteria, use a protein called bacteriorhodopsin to absorb energy from the sun, which gives them a rosy pigmentation. The less water a lake has, the more concentrated the salt becomes, and the brighter the pink color.
I realise that whenever I watch your videos that I sit there with such a big grin in my face. Because you guys are just living my dream just telling the story in such a perfect way. And I just want to say thank you
Greetings once more from the sunny south Okanagan. Thanks for the travelogue compilation, it was once again - amazing. Especially the drone footage of the canyons, my goodness that's impressive to say the least. Safe travels you two.
Another great video. I've watched all your videos at least 3times. From the build of the Landcuriser chinook to four wheeling back in B.C. keep rolling.
Peru is magnificent place to visit with many different unexpected views to see, incredible nature!!! Thanks for your beautiful movie of Peru! Keep on this way and continue travel while you are still young! ❤❤❤
Thank you very much to bringin Peru back to me what a beautifull country whit his lake mountian passes and the hospitable residents Much of your video has given me a flash back to my youth Because of you i have put Peru on my list to visit and travel around again someday PS The pink lake has his colour because the bottom there emits a high concentratoin of Phosphorus sulphate Have FUN and be SAVE
Bro I was waiting. For another AWESOME video, I have Parkinson’s and are limited on lots of things due to the level of this , but I feel like I’m the camara guy hanging out with you guys. I used to be camera guy back in the 90’s early 2000. 🙏🏻gob bless you guys and the journey. I’m getting me tea and the adventure begins. U don’t know what this means to me . 👍🏻🫡ty
If that is algae flamingos ingest it and eventually turn pink but Peru is a place I would love to visit someday and your videos are absolutely beautiful.
First of all I would like to say that we love both of you and all the hard work you have done to share this great adventure with us. I just want to clarify that the inca gods are nothing to be associated with and that only Jesus Christ who is the real eternal God that will save us eternally. We will continue to lift you both in prayer. You are both special people and we love you.
WOW WOW WOW, another breath taking adventure, that highway LOL was something else,my Tacoma would love it. Whats with all the clothes? dumped along the? Greetings from Maple Ridge. Stacey, you are absolutely amazing ❤❤❤❤
Finally caught up with the series and been waiting for a week for the new video and blessed with 2 hours plus! Now have to wait till tonight to watch it with a couple IPA’s.
Yo yo yo! Love the movie my dudes! Keep em comin yall are amazing and do amazing work with the vids. It has been amazing to watch yall go from the yeti in BC to where you are now. Also a huge thank you for putting all you do out there for us to experience it with you. Can't wait to see what you do next!
OMG! You're killing me. Back in the 90's I got a '77 Chinook (only just factory 20R and specs), but I rebuilt the coach and lived in it for 3 plus years. I traveled all over North America, BC, Alberta, etc. But your camera and drone footage of this most astounding country and adventure of Peru is pretty much second to none. Thankyou, I almost feel inspired to try something on a smaller scale, and even at my quickly aging paradigm. All the blessings LOVE and safety that God, fate and man can afford you as you continue...🥰
Another great movie from the two of you - proud does not describe how we feel about what you are producing and the kindess you can prove to the world is possible. I may just have to put this on loop on the bigscreen and Cali and I will share some popcorn for a rainy Van Island Day. As always - much love 💚
Watched few episodes before this one, and just like the other ones, this video offers dramatic scenery, offroad adventure, great drone shots. Glad that you guys switching driver for long trip such as this one.
Hello and thank you for your video. I love Peru and I try to take in as much as I can from UA-cam videos, sucha as yours, about this country. However It would be nice to understand some of the hights you were telling us because in a world where 90% of us use the metric system, it makes no sense to use imperial measurements . Blessings from Portugal
My fave country in Latin America! Peru is a country that seamlessly blends tradition and natural beauty, offering an authentic cultural experience that's hard to find elsewhere. Peru's rich cultural heritage is a treasure trove waiting to be discovered.
We agree!!
Its pretty damn big, because the mountains are like an accordion, the total surface area is very large
Gracias ❤❤❤
Una pregunta amigos a dónde se fueron ellos a q parte del Perú de dónde hacía dónde salieron ??
I love Peru! Probably my favorite country and I know 45 countries. It is a magical country with loving people and first class food.
It’s amazing! We can’t wait to go back

océano pacífico, Costa(dunas), montañas, y selva amazónica= Perú 🇵🇪.
Visit Europe. Most countries at sea have those things.
I can imagine most countries at sea have those things.
But not also glaciers, tundras, deserts, jungle, mangroves, etc@@jorickjoetoep

I knew Peru was a beautiful country but it seems to be far more beautiful than I thought. Absolutely loved the whole thing!
It surprised us in so many ways!
Two and a quarter hours of fun and beautiful views. The best documentary I've seen recently. Greetings from Saudi Arabia.
🙏🏼 Cheers! Thank you for watching!
One of the best overland video's on You Tube.
What a country Peru is! I've driven the Abra del Acay but this trip takes Andean adventure to a new level (literally!). And to think that Peru also has Iquitos in Amazonia: the largest settlement in the world that cannot be reached by road... Thank you for the fabulous film!
Thank you so much for watching! We can’t wait to explore more of Peru one day. It feels endless!
This is my first time finishing a two-hour video without fast-forwarding or skipping. Thank you for the great work. Please keep it up .
That’s so awesome! We’re so happy you enjoyed it 🙌🏻

An amazing journey. Thanks so much for taking us along!
Simply awesome, no words to describe

Hello and thank you for your video. I love Peru and I try to take in as much as I can from UA-cam videos, sucha as yours, about this country. However It would be nice to understand some of the hights you were telling us because in a world where 90% of us use the metric system, it makes no sense to use imperial measurements .
