To me, it is. Even though I am a pro at making dosas, I don’t like when the guests has to wait for dosas when I host the dosa party. And I noticed that no matter how the batter is, even if pan doesn’t work, this machine can make the dosas, the texture may vary depending on the batter but at least nothing goes wasted
