Hey Everyone! If you find the SPEED of this lesson too FAST, UA-cam allows you to change the PLAYBACK SPEED, you can reduce that to 0.5x or 0.75x. This might make it a bit easier to follow.
    Thanks

Roshane Hylton the culture isn't completely lost! Our whole culture is very much Akan. Twi is even still spoken in Jamaica by maroons.

ok here's the thing.... I was born in nyc and raised in nj. I have standard Jersey accent and my ghanaian parents didnt speak twi to me, but they spoke it to eachother. Now my twi sucks ,its more like twinglish , and when i go to ghana. Ghananians either think im American, or they think Im faking my being unable to speak good twi... its so frustrating that people think that. Why will anyone pretend to be NOT multilingual?....and i actually hate it when Ghanaians born and raised in Ghana come to America( as teenagers) and act like they forgot twi... you fucking know twi bro.

Hi, I love your videos it's helping me a lot to learn Twi. Only, I would like to know why don't you use ')' (for inverted c letter) and '3' (for inverted 3 letter), I would like to learn correct way to write and pronance as well. And also, sometimes you speak a bit faster so it is dificult to pick up the sounds.. But ather than that, it is great video for learning. It's very good when you repeat several thimes same thing so we can hear better. Thank you for posting it.
