    Hey Everyone! If you find the SPEED of this lesson too FAST, UA-cam allows you to change the PLAYBACK SPEED, you can reduce that to 0.5x or 0.75x. This might make it a bit easier to follow.
    Thanks

      Hey Elsa! That really amazing to hear.😊
      I remember, one of the African Cup of Nations a few years back, Ghana was playing. .if I'm not mistaken with Togo, another country we border and one of the guys on the Togo team was called Kofi. And i thought, that's such an obvious Ghanaian name.
      As I thought about it, I remembered that the borders that we now have were artificial created...and especially as we share a border we are most likely distant cousins 😊.
      Thank you for your comment.

    "wo ho ay3 f3"
    This made me laugh, since it sounds similar to people who speak Hebrew, when they say "wooh, yaf'fe!" (or maybe more like "yaf3"), which in turn means "wow, nice /pretty!"
    Twi is a super-cute language, and not just because it sounds funny 😂
    Thanks/medaase for uploading these Twi vids!

    • @missgoldtwi2482
      @missgoldtwi2482  3 роки тому

      That's soo cool i didn't know it was similar to Hebrew 😊

    • @emlillthings7914
      @emlillthings7914 3 роки тому

      @@missgoldtwi2482 lol, I can easily see that with Twi having weak/absent "R". Makes the weak R in my dialect (northern Norwegian) sound like it's rolling strong by comparison 😂
      Quite sure the Hebrew would only fit rarely as it did with "wo ho ay3 f3", but it does have a lot of similarity to Tigrinya, and it's mostly because they all have lots of similarities to Arabic.
      But Tigrinya has some really harsh "growls" I can't pronounce, so I am glad Ghana (and thus Twi) is the country I am moving to. 😝

      .
      Naa - Queen in Ga
      Nii - King in Ga
      .
      Ohemaa - Queen in Twi
      Ohene/ Nana - King in Twi
      .
      Hope this helps! Thanks for your support 😊
