Great video. It is time that someone offers a good sportwatch at a decent price. Nothing can justify the 999 EUros for a Fenix 8. Crazy price. T-rex 3 demonstrates that a FEnix 8 should not cost more than 500 Euros.
Perfect video, easy to understand for me (I'm Frensh). I went from Amazfit to Garmin 3Y ago but with this watch I really do love to go back to Amazfit, there is only 1 break : "live track" I'm always alone so it's the most important element for me and it seems that Amazfit haven't it "yet".
Same to me. I am a Garmin user but I have been using this T Rex 3 recently and I have been very impressed. Unfortunately I am also a solo runner and I really need the live track. Hopefully Amazfit will implement something similar Plus, something I can’t find in any review, I like the option of avoidingthe workout data to be saved in their cloud.
Also been a Garmin boy for years (20+ actually !) and I've just picked up a T-Rex 3 to replace/supplement my Venu 2 (I'd sold my 955 as most of the metrics added little actual value and I wanted an AMOLED screen). So far, so good ! There is quite a bit of filtering on GPS data though so map orientation is slightly erratic in "Advance Up" mode and speed lags compared to the Venu 2. One letdown is "Zepp Pay", it's compatible with practically zero bank :-(
Great review, and inline with the performance I've seen with my TR3. This is the first Amazfit watch I've owned, and I'm really impressed with the GPS and HR, although I've always used a chest strap for running, and will continue to do so, even though the watch is great at heart rate.

The biggest problem with Garmin is price for what you get. Look on the new Fenix 8, its like 3x more expensive than trex 3, is it 3x better? No, is it 2x better also i wouldn't dare to say. If theg would ask 50-70% price for their watches i would ended up already with one on my wrist like instinct 2x solar, but they ask for it 300+ euro, while its just a rugged sportwatch with oldschool screen which is probably few times cheaper than amoled. Not to mention that in peice they ask, they supposed to have best sensors on the market while huawei smartbands are even better, gt3,4,5, some of galaxy watches and all pixel watches. This is ridiculous

Normally i wear wireless bluetooth, so if i answer the incoming call from the watch, so the voice of the other person will come from the watch, mobile or my connected wireless bluetooth? If, by answering the call from the watch, the voice of other person comes from the watch, so does the watch has the option to switch the voice of other person to my connected bluetooth from the watch itself..? Please make a detail video of it Thanks....
Are the left hand buttons programmable? For voice assistant to navigate constantly via menus can get annoying. Did you have any accidental key presses? I have 1st gen Amazfit, where there is easily clickable button exactly in the middle, which leads to random restarts, when accessing pockets, bending wrist or clothes getting stuck.
Hi, yes, the left buttons are customizable so you can put the voice assistant there. And I didn’t have accidental key presses but honestly, I almost never have struggles with this..

Pretty much like most other watches. So it’s okay, but the heart rate measurement isn’t really accurate for example..
