How sloppy were the police when the new home owners find a skull in the back yard at 0:25? It is such a small property. They wouldn't have found a skull if the police collected all the evidence. They later said "they weren't told the bodies of two women were berried in the back yard." So the police knew 2 bodies were back there and didn't dig up all of that little backyard?
I was thinking the same thing. You catch a serial killer...thats the first thing you do. Bring in a cadaver dog at the very least to check out the property. Jeeze! Thats lazy police work right there.

I took my daughter with me whenever I was looking for a new house. We were at one house and I was in the kitchen looking around. My daughter came down the hall from the bedrroom and told me their were dead children in the closet. She said it completely calm and dead serious. She was about 11 at the time. I probably should have taken a look😳 but instead we just left. Now Everytime we drive by the street one of us says that's the house with all the dead kids. There was a house located a block from my childhood home where a man butchered his 6 children and the family dog in the late 70s because his wife was leaving him. Every two years or so the house would come up for sale. Finally a woman bought it and gutted the house, even changed the entrance and placement of the garage. As far as I know she still lives there.

Yes, it should have been disclosed, but seriously? What does it change the house if someone dies in a house? Does it suck for that person? Yes. Change the home at all? Nope.
I'm pretty sure if the realtor knew there were two women buried in the backyard the police would have been notified & the bodies removed for proper burial before they sold it 😐
My sisters ex bought a house where a woman was killed the house had set empty for over two years. In California you have to disclose if someone has died in the home. If the home is older I would expect that someone had died in the house. This is why one should do research on the home one is going to buy.
Felicia Thomas In CA realtors only have to disclose any deaths, or murders that have occurred within 3 years. If anything happened before that they don't have to tell you.
Like a realtor is going to compromise so many thousand dollars on something that is practically irrelevant now. Doubt that. Do your own research and don't ever trust someone who has something to gain. Simple enough.
Megan Lewis actually it's against the law in most places for realtors to not disclose that information. Depends on the place and the laws because some say 10 years some say less or more

Legally the realtor doesn't need to disclose that information.
Yes, it should have been disclosed, but seriously? What does it change the house if someone dies in a house? Does it suck for that person? Yes. Change the home at all? Nope.
Amber M. Omg exactly I’ve been looking for this comment
Elunei Rey I’m shocked more people don’t feel that way!
Amber M. The energy!!!
kitteekittee 😂😂
Some people believe the soul still resonates at the house until it is put as ease. Like in my religion.
Factoid: All houses have been pooped in...by someone.
Not if there new
He used to live in it, not currently living in it.
I'm pretty sure if the realtor knew there were two women buried in the backyard the police would have been notified & the bodies removed for proper burial before they sold it 😐
Its not like there were ten bodies there........relax folks.
Oy
My sisters ex bought a house where a woman was killed the house had set empty for over two years. In California you have to disclose if someone has died in the home. If the home is older I would expect that someone had died in the house. This is why one should do research on the home one is going to buy.
Felicia Thomas In CA realtors only have to disclose any deaths, or murders that have occurred within 3 years. If anything happened before that they don't have to tell you.
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)︻̷┻̿═━一- trying to snipe a killer
It was not against the law not to disclosed. Unless it affects the physical real estate
Like a realtor is going to compromise so many thousand dollars on something that is practically irrelevant now. Doubt that. Do your own research and don't ever trust someone who has something to gain. Simple enough.
Facts.
Megan Lewis actually it's against the law in most places for realtors to not disclose that information. Depends on the place and the laws because some say 10 years some say less or more
Ask the neighbor

Telling the truth does not get you paid.... just make it the law.
“Anything else you’d like to tell me?”
She replies “Yes this was where a murder was occurred, anyways how do you like the house?”
Honestly I would not care as long as the house is not haunted or is infested with a demon or has dead bodies in good.
*When you know more than the realtor*
A lady shot herself upstairs at my house
Do you like your house now
