Moses is the most underrated center of all time, what a beast he was.

Moses Malone was at a late stage of his career but always came up big against the younger star centers like Hakeem and Ewing. It would be great if he were 10-15 years younger to play against O’Neal, Duncan etc.

This is the season Olajuwon became the only player in NBA history to record 200+ blocks and 200+ steals... didn't win DPOY.... then the next season, Olajuwon recorded 174 steals and 376 blocks, still didn't win DPOY! Shameful that Ben Wallace and Rodman have as many and more awards than him

Do you know what was Houston defensive ratings during those 2 years ?
Because I find that weird that he didn’t won with such defensive dominance

@@yvans. I know with him being the only all defensive player (1st) on his team, and I believe he had the Rockets at either top 5 or top 10 in those seasons. I think he lead the league in rebounds and blocks those two years also lol crazy stuff

@@yvans. in 88'-89' Olajuwon had the Rockets at #4 defensive rating, #8 in points allowed, in 89'-90' he had the Rockets at #1 defensive rating, and #9 in points allowed lol this was while averaging 24ppg and 14rpg and didn't win MVP or DPOY lol crazy stat lines that will never be duplicated

A peak Hakeem was struggling with a bum rookie vlade Divac in the 1990 and 1991 playoffs stop it!! In 1990 playoffs he was the 4th highest scorer on his own team that’s awful!! Otis Thorpe brought it carrying but Hakeem always underperformed as usual!!

The Hawks needed a big guard like Reggie Theus, even more so a 2 guard that could consistently hit mid-range and deep perimeter jumpers to open up driving lanes for Dominique...
Was really what the Atlanta Hawks were missing during the Dominique Wilkins Era!
No gripe with the Late Commissioner David Stern except for not putting Dominique Wilkins in the original top 50 NBA Greatest Players Ceremony at the time (Shaquille O'Neal hadn't earned it yet in 1996)

Clyde Frazier doing color commentary here before he began his run in New York where he continues to sound great.

Wilkins is waaaaay up in the top 50 greatest NBA players of all time. Just shove LBJ out. Moses was also a top 10 center. He wasn't no Wilt ,Kareem or Bill, or even Hakeem. But definitely in the top 10 centers in nba history and top 50 player as well. Toss Chuck Barkley out of the top 50. Then Wilkins will go even higher. Wilkins ALWAYS brought his A game whenever he played against Mike Almighty. And Wilkins won a lot of those battles with Jordan. Fact, look it uo

Joey Crawford and Steve Javie working the same game? Yikes.
Crawford waving Akeem away at 15:30 is typical Bush League crap from him.
