Maybe it’s different in college, but in youth and high school baseball, I’ve never seen a situation where you have access to your indoor facility before the game.
@@caseystengel3120 youth and HS hardly do. But I’m pretty sure weighted balls, open space to warm up and buddy to throw you balls is pretty common for everyone. Finding a way to do a variation of what’s done in this video is all we recommend. No need to follow it to a tee. We realize most do not have complete access to everything we do. But yes, most colleges do.
