I have a blue russian cat also. I adopted him after he had been thrown out of a moving car. My grandson saw the woman throw out the kitten and he flew up in the air. He fell on his four paws and survived. My granson was so distraught , he picked him up and brought him home.. they could nt kee this kitten as they had another. so I went to pick him up. brought him to the vet and he was ok .. so I decided to keep him. He is almost 9 years old now and has never been sick. He is my joy. He has the greenest eyes grey fur. Love him so.. He too is very particular.. very difficult in his choices of food ..
My female Russian blue does not eat dry food at all .. it’s difficult to feed her a wet food all the time .. is that common in this breed?? Any suggestions to helpp ?
Denys my daughter I had the same experience as u ur grandson had! Unfortunately her cat only lived for 2 years! He missed his jump and hit his head on the floor! My Dad had the same experience bit in his case someone threw out an old dog! God bless those who re home such animals! Nowadays such people can be prosecuted on felony animal abuse charges thanks to trump!

Such a gorgeous cat; I've always been partial to Blues and Tonks.
I got a one to and is three and a half months. Is a energy bomb. I use to deal with many cats as a cat voluteer but never ever seen such an amazing creature such this baby. She is protective and can't stay a minute without me. And the color of myne is tricolor.
I get my first kitten in a few day's :)

My Russian Blue has the deep growl like purr. He really wants attention but can't quite handle it when I give it. He does love a brush though. He can't get enough of the brush the little diva 😆🥰😘🤗

it depends on the environment and your opinion but personally I think having 2 cats is better.
Hi I was wondering what kind of dry and wet food you feed your RB. I will be getting one next month. Just want some ideas. Thanks:)
Sebastian is actually very picky, so we struggle with giving him dry food. I would go with whatever your Vet recommends but Sebastian mostly eats wet pouches of chicken! Kittens eat a lot as they grow so I would say don’t be surprised if they have a healthy appetite :)
I do not know where I can get one and how much they cost
My blue is half siamese in body structure and facial structure! This cat is long lean with small features not my boy! My boy is also very vocal and not shy!

Sebastian doesn’t eat dry food as well. We tried many times but he would just play with it. I assume it’s common 😂 I will let you know if we find a way to feed him dry food, but it doesn’t look promising🙃

Never feed a cat avocado, it is very dangerous for them :'(, but he is sooooo adorable
Avocados are actually not toxic to cats, and you can give them in small amounts (not pit). And thank you💗

He is definitely very affectionate, he is following us around all the time, greets us at the door, he asks for kisses and belly rubs all he time :)

We love our Russian Blue and Bailey is his name! I was never into cats and I had allergies. Well, this cat has no effects on me except he’s my best bud!
