When I was a bus driver, I was on a local route when I saw a bloke trying to walk his dog (same breed as this video), dog totally refused to get up. I came back around about 30 minutes later and the bloke was still there trying to get the dog to sit up. Anyway about another 30 minutes later I came back around again and the dog is still laying on the floor and the man is now sat next to him, talking on the phone. When I come back around the fourth time, there’s now another bloke trying to help the owner lift the dog into the car!!! They must have finally got the dog in the car because he wasn’t there on my next run! 😂😂😂😂
This happens to me with my dog, he doesn’t walk. He gets curious about things especially bugs and want to sniff each of them, the grass, a rock, etc. So if it’s at someone’s yard and I tug for him to stop, he’ll plop down just like that and stay there for hours before we try to carry him 😭
My female Leonberger would do the same thing. If she didn't like the direction i was taking she would just lay down until i figured out what way she wanted to go. That included right in the middle of a road. Embarrassing at the moment but she always gave me good stories to tell friends and family.

No, they are not simple "animal", they live with us and this is not a correct behaviour (and could be dangerous).
A dog must obey, for our and his/her safety.
@@monikabuzzi3130 There's a reasonable line of obedience, and manifestation of will. No animal lacks will, even the best trained dogs have moments of resistance. I'm fully aware of the possibilities of poor training; I'm also aware of the dynamics of will and expression. There is disobedience that manifests in behavior that is problematic... And disobedience that is communicative. This is communicative, and can be used to demonstrate the consequences.. Aka the dog realized it's behavior wasn't gaining the desired result, got up and followed is human. Disobedience resulted in a negative result and forms a basis for modification in the future. There is also the understanding that is a living creature, not a robot, and they can socially adapt without it becoming a long term behavioral issue. My birds steal things, we trade, they learn that they can communicate and that giving me what I want results in fun things.

@@JB-yj8sx I tried to find a pattern for awhile, when I was new... I'm pretty sure it's just a messed up dice role at this point. I had actually explained the difference between self correcting behavior and problem behavior but they pulled it for some reason lol.

My English bulldog used to do this. I don't know how many times I had to carry him home 😁

It's funny to see, but it's not normal that a dog don't obey, it's not the dog rule (sorry for my English).
If ther's not some healthy problems, this is an examples of bad behavior😏😏.
The dog is a beautiful "Bovaro Bernese", I don't know the name in English😊
