I stopped by the dealer and ordered a new front tire for my GSA. I have 3700 miles on the bike and it has 3mm of thread left. I will probably get another 1,000 miles out of it. I just ordered the same Bridgestone A41 and will switch brands when the rear wears out.
perhaps an answer for you ...people put a larger screen on to give some wind protection, but on a lighter, more nimble and less complicated bike. Not everyone wants the bulk / weight, and slower handling of such as n RT...but like some more wind protection, and water protection if you get caught in the rain. I have a T100 Bonneville with an aftermarket screen ( they come with no screen ) and it works perfectly at highway speeds....and tossing up between an RS and an R at the moment.
That boy is sure looking after you with parts. Imagine if he could get a new old stock tank for it and seat. Next thing you know you'll be adding a road king screen, highway pegs, sissy bar and saddle bags just to ride to Red Apple.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Smoaks I remember youre testride of a MG Griso 1200. It one of mine dream bikes. I love this R1200R's to. Thank for sharing youre thougths about those two bikes😊
I always enjoy your videos the land where you live looks beautiful , is it quite there ? I live in uk in the midlands , it’s ok but they are making it harder and harder for motorcyclists to enjoy riding. They are trying to introduce mile by mile charging for drivers and maybe motorcyclists. I’m thinking of buying a Triumph 865 to enjoy the country side , no modern electronics to go wrong. Well hope your keeping well , bless you Donna👍🏍
They messed up the instruments on that model. It should’ve been an analog tachometer and digital speedometer, not the other way around. It was probably the way it was meant to be until one of the engineers thought: if we put the obligatory speedometer there indtead, riders can have a lot more options in the info side…
Sweet R model rip Shawn, that Acro exhaust sure sounds good. I'd like to have one on an F3S, but I just can't justify the $1800 dollar or so cost for it now. Plus, I can only go so fast legally anyway! 😄 Have fun with those tires if you can. You two have a pleasant evening. God bless, Rob
Inconsiderate, selfish, and rude! It drives me crazy when people park at the pumps! For a 2015 that's a very clean bike. Looks brand new. Hope you're having a relaxing weekend. Peace and love.

Another cool test ride on a beautiful day… cool that you can still find parts for the x90. Have a great weekend👍
Not sure how he finds them, but so glad he does..! 👌
Thanks Chris!! 👍
Can’t wait to see how those tire rims work out.
Coming soon!
Thanks Dj!! 👍
Love R1200R, just pricey for a standard motorcycle. Good stuff Smoak’s!
BMW's are definitely pricey premium bikes to purchase and maintain... Ask an owner and they'll proudly tell you all about it! Lol
Thanks Gus!! 👍
