Hi Kathleen, I to love watching Pandas and learned last week that a group of Pandas is called an "Embarrassment". I laughed out loud and thought you might like this too.
Hiding out from octogenarians & watching old episodes. Loved seeing the Jack & Vicky intros from 3 years ago when they became our funny family instead of just stand up material. My god…the stories ARE real. Glad those are saved.
Hey MT. Loved the review on Catholic beatification. I swallowed these lessons hook, line and sinker in grammar school. I howled to hear your take on the new Patron Saint of the Internet. I sent it to my high school friends. The nuns at my school were PO’d at the idea we dressed up at school for Halloween so the compromise was that the next day we had to dress up for All Saints’ Day. My friend mimicked the holy card of her Saint, went to the butcher to buy a cow’s heart, and brought it to school to enhance her costume. Imagine the phone call from the principal to her mom. Hang in there. I know you are laughing through a tender time.

As for our surrounding cities, El Paso, Las Cruces, Hell, even Denver is a short hop or a skip from Albuquerque. I am of Spanish heritage and speak three languages. 27:20 WE ARE HERE, WINNING IT! 🏝 I worked at Don Shula's in Miami Lakes as a cocktail server the last time the Panthers were brand new and made it to the playoffs I still have those t-shirts. With that said I waited on hockey teams baseball teams football teams and let me tell you the hockey players are the kindest, most polite players ever. I was a nurse and Brett Hennigan broke his jaw and we were the hospital that took the Panthers players and I had no idea that he was married to Christie Yamaguchi. So his jaw is shut and I'm trying to help him like maneuver his disgusting smoothie drink or whatever and then he asks if he can shower so he goes in the shower, closes the door a little bit and I said you know, do you need any help in there and just as I said that, that beautiful Christy walks in and I was like no no I didn't mean it that way. And we laughed and laughed- such nice people

Red lobster- get this! Endless shrimp was a ploy to offload excess product that thai union had and couldn't push elsewhere. They thought pumping it into rl would make a profit. But they didn't so they chose to liquidate equity instead. So many people lost their job (the day after mothers day the busiest day of the year) due to bad decisions bad higher ups and corporate greed

So, former lake dweller here. The geese are pretty dumb and we just used a bunch of twine around our water line and they wouldn’t come in our yard. Easier to put up and take down!

Black vulture. That’s what tore up your boat. They tore up 100s of boats on tablerock lake. It was awful. I’ve been there since 1978 and this is the first time we had an issue. The Corp comes and hangs dead ones from your dock to scare them off while they attempt to get rid of them

Yes, geese poop a lot, sometimes up to 15 times per hour or 20 times per day. A hungry goose can eat up to 4 pounds of grass per day, which can lead to up to 2 pounds of poop each day. Geese poop the most when they eat roots and rhizomes.

Our HOA sponsors "goose egg oiling" every year. a group goes out and oils goose egg clutches leaving one egg unoiled and viable. If you oil all the eggs the geese will lay another clutch. Soooo goose abortion? Is that legal in Missouri? 🤣(oiled eggs won't hatch)
