My boyfriend and I just returned from Dollywood and visiting Pigeon Forge. Dolly and her team run a smooth, cool, serene operation. I know 'serene' isn't really a term you think of in association with theme parks, but being used to (as much as I love) going to Disney properties, the crowds here were practically non-existent. Low to no wait times, serious thrill coasters as well as mid-level thrills. No need to make a zillion reservations 6 months in advance, you don't have be glued to your phone at all (though there is a nifty app w wait times and other info). Really helpful, kind staff, and several surprises in the park. Beautiful, luminous Christmas ambience that you can soak in bc of lower crowd levels and smaller scale park size too. DreamMore resort is also a little gem. Such nice people. Elegant bar there, but head to 'The Island' if you need a heavier booze fix. Just a 5 min drive. Really, really great get-away and gorgeous drive through the smokies. Excellent, excellent value. Just a shame we didn't run into you to buy you a round or 4 of drinks! It's now on my bucket list!

Mandy Matney is the best! Thank God for her integrity and for not backing down from reporting the TRUTH when Murdaugh's cronies tried to bully her into keeping quiet! I was at that show in Charleston in March 2022 that she also attended.

OMG🎉 4th Kathleen Dream. I am a Retired Children's Librarian that didn't go to sleep away camp till I was 33. It was storytelling camp, only problem it was at a Baptist camp in the Bible belt of Florida. Many late night escapades for beer runs and disposing of the evidence🤣 anyway in the dream, the Florida Storytelling Association had built their own lodge, were all so excited, no more hiding, yeah🎉 so when I get there for the weekend, Kathleen is there as a featured performer. I immediately go over to talk to Mama Termite and she says, I don't know why they invited me, I'm a stand up. I told her someone must have seen you on , This Can't be Happening telling your true story about your trip to Paris. I told her, just tell more stories like that and you'll be fine🤗 and then you disappeared down the hallway to your room. This is how I found Kathleen in July 2020 and have been hooked ever since. Thanks for all the laughs helping all us loyal termites get through another week🍻🍺🍻

Monarch wished it could be Nashville. Did y'all watch that show? It was AMAZING! Soapy, but also sincere. Great original songs. Seriously. The music and the performances were so good the cast did concert tours during hiatus, and there's three music specials made for TV. It has everything. Trashiness, comedy, romances that'll make you cry. And it lasted six seasons, so it's worth the binge.
Love that you went to school in Edwardsville-we did a random biking trip there last year,they have great trails and a fun dog friendly bar we stopped at. I may have found the dispensary too-if that’s not a college draw for the children I don’t know what is 😂😅
At least Prince William and Kate flew commercial 2 weeks ago when they came into Boston for awards weekend. The Prince gave $1 million prize to a company with a Green initiative. Imagine peoples’ shock when they figured out WHO was on their flight.

Kathleen try this if you like coconut. Puerto Rican eggnog. 1 can coconut cream 1 can coconut milk 1 can evaporate milk 1 can condense milk, cinnamon sticks and rum. I like to use coconut rum. You will love it. I drink it so much that make a lot of bottles in my house it doesn’t make it past Christmas Eve. Have a great Christmas

They use garlic parmesean for a lot of chicken now, see it in Kentucky all the time. Garlic Parmesan chicken wings at Lil Ceasars rocks! Really only for cooking.

Destination Christmas was filmed in my home town in BC🇨🇦..I laughed knowing the spots they filmed because the airport terminal was our zoo entrance and the people sounded like Norwegian accents. 🤣

We just finished the Harry and Megan show and I ask that you keep an open mind. I think as Americans we don’t realize how bad it really got and how crappy the royal family really is. The last 3 episodes were shocking to me but believable.
