I'm going to try some of these. For the last little planter, you could add some moss that is glued on to look like it is spilling out through the slats. I really enjoy your creative and cheerful videos:)
Great video! I don’t rent but I do like the idea of decorating being temporary and easy to change out. You do a fantastic job of applying your method! Love the whole patio updo so to speak! 👏👏👏
I've been searching for ways to spruce up my patio without breaking the bank, and this vid delivered exactly what I needed! The host's innovative DIY projects using simple materials were both practical and stylish.
I got fake grass for my tiny balcony with red chairs and yellow stool. Bright happy colours! I got a fire pit from home Depot that's tiny. My hubs was not impressed with it. It was so heavy to move. Got nice lanterns that flicker from Dollarama! I live in the city and my neighbour is legit 12 feet from me at the same level. I like the idea of the curtain for a lil privacy.
I love the tabletop fire pit. Also the balcony drapes were my favorites ! I also liked the balcony plant boxes. So many cute ideas and I have sub’d for more inspiration!
So cute! Could you explain how you attached the rope to the bottom of the curtains? I imagine there was only a panel to slide the rope through at the top right? Thanks for these!
Wow, you’re DIY balcony ideas are amazing! I got more ideas and inspiration in your one video than I have in the last three months of looking. Thank you so much! You’ve got a new subscriber.
OMG. Thanks for the Tiki Torch idea. Here I Texas we get ate up with skeeters during the summer months. I’ tired of the traditional torches and tabletop versions. This took it to a whole different decor level . I’m going to make a couple of these for my patio. I loved all the ideas presented here ❤️❤️
Love the herb garden idea! Ive been trying to figure out a way to plant some herbs that also will be out of reach from the squirrels and the over the door concept is perfect
Thank you so much for your entertaining video. It’s so refreshing to see DIY’s that are not made from dollar tree. I love them all. It’s so simple to do. I just may try a few. BTW, I’ve just subscribed, and then I’m gonna go binge watch the rest of your videos. LOL
Quite creative and resourceful. I have a house but suddenly want an apartment...almost. Great stuff. On your art/planter, since you wish you had painted the styrofoam, maybe just poke more succulents into the foam between the wood to conceal the foam? Plus it somewhat turns into a topiary/planter. Anyway, great work.
They're actually regular sheer curtains for indoors (I just picked the cheapest I could find on Amazon at the time), but they held up great. I used them through two seasons, washed in between and they still looked like new!
I love the idea of the curtains but I think that in some countries it’d be prohibited due to fire restrictions. A put down blind might be permissible. However, I’m very impressed with your ideas.
It would look much better if the tiki torch was lower in the bowl. Most apartments do not allow any type of fire on your balcony. The one that i have lived wouldnt even allow the curtains. 😢
Unfortunately, we are unable to use our allergies. Our upataies neighbors have a setup on their balcony, including plants and bird feeders. Any debris that lands on the wood floorings falls through the spacing onto our concrete balcony. My adult daughter and I have allergies. I have it worse off. I'm allergic to all the landscape trees in our apartment complex. Spring is our worst season, whereas winter is our favorite.
I wish people would do a panorama of the whole space, slowly, when complete so we can see how everything works together.

The moss is a fantastic idea!
You made that knot tying look so easy! 😅
You gave me loads of good ideas even though I'm a owner I can still use them in my own house. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for knot tutorial 💓
Loved the unified concrete look of the pots. Loved the idea of using those over the door hooks to hang on railing. DIY art is probably my favorite.
Everything looks great!
Could you share where you bought your rugs?

You might want to move the solar lights out of the corner to where they will receive more sunlight. Good ideas for the renter friendly redo!
I Subscribed your channel today. A Pakistani mom working in KSA. Liked your ideas
The faux succulent planter turned out cute. And the way you did the sheets is very smart..

I loved your patio curtains and how you used ropes to tie your curtains up ❤

Is that curtain waterproof one??
They're actually regular sheer curtains for indoors (I just picked the cheapest I could find on Amazon at the time), but they held up great. I used them through two seasons, washed in between and they still looked like new!
What were the disc things you put inside the pots? Love your video, very clever ideas..
How much is total cost for all th materials /?
I love the idea of the curtains but I think that in some countries it’d be prohibited due to fire restrictions. A put down blind might be permissible. However, I’m very impressed with your ideas.
So in your succulent planter, stick some succulents in the front openings to and no one will see the foam
Can also use screw driver to screw in the bolts, easier for women.

Great ideas, especially privacy curtains. Please wear gloves when working with concrete.
Did you have to talk to the Landlord before drilling holes?
