I KNEW THIS EXISTED! As a kid I found that face in this game and it scarred the shit out of me. For over 20 years I have been trying to find proof that this existed and there it is. Just imagine a 9 or 10 year old finding that woman's face under the bridge at random and being freaked out so bad I hit the power button on my PS1.
