Very nice & informative video for someone who’s trying to find the best on line business for 9-5 replacement. Also could I get your opinion on drop shipping business? as I didn’t see it make it on your list. Thanks Greg!
As always, thanks for sharing all information honestly with the best interest of others at heart. These might really help those who are struggling. God bless you! I am from Pakistan and whenever I am really depressed, your channel gives me hope with the valuable information that you share. Thank you!
Hi thanks again for the informative video. Love seeing when you have new content come out. - One question- in one video you mentioned uploading like 25-50 POD shirts a day. I’m curious if you used a tool to help do this. It takes me like an hour or more to upload one shirt to all the various companies you mentioned - even though I’m coping & pasting text & using the same image. Any tips to shorten the upload times? I don’t mind putting in the time & effort but curious if there was a tool to help with this?
there are automated uploader tools like Flying upload and others. But you need to have a lot of scalable designs to really profit from using them since they're not cheap. It will probably be a lot faster if you work in batches. Ie, make 20 similar designs, then upload them all to Platform X, then upload them to Platform Y. Instead of uploading one, then doing something completely different.
I am from Nairobi and I have searched for online work for a while now I haven’t been successful yet, I don’t need very crazy money just enough to support me, so thank you for this recommendations if there are more you think might be helpful I would still be interested to hear from you.
Hi Greg! Quick question, would you recommend a laptop with 8GB or 16GB RAM when running your online businesses? Is it a huge difference especially when running the online businesses as you listed?
Hi Greg, I have one question regarding print on demand business. How much profit we get from one t-shirt. First how to set the price and second how much we get from that price like if one t-shirt is for $20 the how much we are expected to get from $20. Please reply. Thanks.
Every time you make a sale, you'll get between $2-$10 profit depending on how big the margin is set on that product. Teepublic sets the prices for you, but all the other sites let you set your own prices and profit margin. As far as overall earnings, it's average about $1/per active listing/per month (and that goes for all the sites). Hope that makes sense, 100 shirts posted on 3 different sites for example is about $300/mo total (or $100/mo from each site). The $1 I'm talking about is to give you an average on overall accounts earnings per month. You may have 100 designs live, but only make 20 sales that month. Not every design will sell every month. So if we are averaging between $2-10 per sale (and we got 20 per month) that averages $100 profit that month. With 100 designs, that comes out to about $1 per active design on the account. I hope that helps!
Love it Gregg! Thank you! I was wondering if you could talk a little more about the POD business and what someone should Could expect to make in sales based on their number of listings etc. based on you’re experience. What’s really the magic number of listings needed to expect you’re first sale. Or if you’ve covered this stuff in a video, I apologize, just point me to that one. Thank you!
It depends on how good your merch designs are. I seen one video where an experienced pod guy made like 350 shirts, put them on Etsy and didn't advertise anything and they made him about $6500 in 3 months. But he knows how to make shirts that sell. You could make 10,000 shirts, but if they're ugly nobody will buy them. Advertising is also important.
Thank you Greg, I discovered you like 2 weeks ago and one question is stamped to my mind: why do you give away all the secret business that you worked so hard at for success? Don't you emphasize the competition if thousands of people do the same as you do it? If we all use the same techniques, don't you think that the system will bottleneck?
Welcome to the channel JP! Really good question. I didn't use to give it away actually, for the exact reason you just said. The short answer of what changed is I read the book "the go giver" by bob burg, and it changed my perspective. Then I started sharing freely, and my own business somehow kept growing bigger than usual, no rhyme or reason. I've kept to this mentality since and watched my personal business explode and helped quite a few people start down the same path too. Besides the business growth, I get a lot of fulfillment from making these videos because of the comments saying the effect is had on someones life. This is something I never got before sharing on UA-cam. I hope that helps shed some light on that! The longer answer is in this video if you're still interested: ua-cam.com/video/3P0bc0xE8zE/v-deo.html Again, welcome to the channel, and let me know if you ever run into any questions in the videos!
I find you a couple weeks, I feel very motivated for all your information so clearly. Thank you for all your help. Please any input how to get a your first sale. Many blessings ❤keep growing. 😊✨💕🙏
Thanks, Greg, for that Burg book mention. I will pick it up soon to read. I'm sure you know by now, the rhyme and reason your business grew when you started offering something "free" can be based on Zig Ziglar's advice that when you help enough people get what they want, you in turn get what you want. James Altucher offers similar advice on giving information for free. Of course, making more income isn't your sole purpose for offering free stuff, but we'll take it! Thanks so much for this video.

Hi! I'm a 15 year old girl and would like to make money for a safe, enjoyable and free future. But the environment is so important to me, so I keep wondering if there's a way to make money online ecologically. (since online money making usually spins around selling unsustainable things to consumers and benefiting off of that) but is there a businessmodel that benefits the environment?
I think you could make a blog website about sustainability (a great topic) and once you have a lot of readers coming to your site, you can make money with advertisements on your site, and affiliate products that you know and trust related to the sustainability. I hope that gives you a good idea!
Thanks for the comment Praveen. I haven’t done it in a while but I certainly know how it’s done and which tools worked best. Let me see what I can put together 😎
Thanks Rick, I always appreciate your comments. I believe I made about 20-30 courses total over the years. There were slight changes between the courses between Skillshare and Udemy, but overall the same content. I did this actively over the span of 2 years or so, then stopped and started putting everything into these UA-cam videos about 4 years ago (give or take). The cool part though is that the courses have still consistently made a full-time income's paycheck each month since stopping all those years ago. Great question, and I hope that answer helps clarify.
Hi Greg Would you recommend if it’s best to do 1 thing only and stick with it for awhile. Or would you do multiple things at once and see where it goes..?
Really good question. I struggled with this myself years ago actually. I tried to do multiple and failed at them all.. I focused down on just 1 at a time and had crazy success. I suggest sticking to one at a time because your mind will be able to get far more creative and you'll do a much better job. Hope that helps, and again very good question.
