Went to stay with family, shell harbour, near woollagong, Oz couple of years ago, went catching prawns at dark, with torches and nets, the size of them were unbelievable, brill experience, taste was amazing.

Run some split rubber tubing round the front of your net ring. Stops the rock from fraying it! Always fun hunts. Do you ever bait the area for prawns?

We don't have any large razor clams here in Weymouth the Chinese go and take half a bucket full at every low tide even when they are under sized

@davidstorton910 we have the same problem here in Australia with certain people taking undersized crabs, abalone (ormas) etc.. we have huge fines for it but fisheries have to catch them first
