Street Fishing for ZANDER in Helsinki, Finland (ENG SUBS)

I went fishing with my brother in Helsinki last April. The water was still very cold, but we managed to find a school of small zander and had a great few hours street fishing in Helsinki.

What is the right size or weight of the fish that you can keep? You free the other one though.
