But you're definitely right about the message - Hayley said that was a lot of the emotion she was feeling when she wanted to quit Paramore. Most of the stuff Aaron is singing is from an email Hayley wrote Aaron when she was at her peak of wanting to quit. Also she definitely still cares about Josh and I think enough so that I wouldn't be surprised if any of the songs on AL were about him. The way she talks about him in the Zane Lowe interview they did.. there's definitely still a lot of some kind of emotion there. But No Friend was definitely not for Taylor. I think Hayley said Forgiveness is about her ex husband.
