    • @jaadecarmel
      @jaadecarmel 9 років тому +49

      just letting you know singing while laying down makes it easier to breathe so its easier to hit the notes :)

    • @wickedly4
      @wickedly4 9 років тому +8

      plus she'd been head banging and running around so she needed to lay down so she could hit the notes haha. not lessening the amazing tho it was freaking killer

    • @SolidBoss7
      @SolidBoss7 9 років тому +2

      taycro guys/girls that's been part of putting on a show for this song and part of the routine for almost every performance of this song live. Has nothing to do with needing to hit those notes, as she could hit those notes in her sleep if she wanted to.

    • @wickedly4
      @wickedly4 9 років тому +2

      Mark Spar mmmm debatable. i'm almost positive she needs lies down (occasionally sits down) so her body can calm down and she's able to hit those notes. they're at the top of her range for sure and lying down makes them easier to hit.

    • @sledge56BV
      @sledge56BV 10 років тому +28

      I totally agree. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s we had to put up with crap female artists, like Madonna and Kylie Minogue, who couldn't sing live without lip-synching and autotune; now, in Hayley Williams, we have the most talented female artist, since the 1970s, and some people just can't stop complaining about her just because she's had a change in musical direction (thanks mainly to the abrupt departure of Josh and Zac Farro). Go figure...

    [Lyrics]
    What a shame we all became such fragile, broken things
    A memory remains just a tiny spark
    I give it all my oxygen
    To let the flames begin
    To let the flames begin
    Oh, glory
    Oh, glory
    This is how we’ll dance when
    When they try to take us down
    This is what will be oh glory
    Somewhere weakness is our strength
    And I’ll die searching for it
    I can’t let myself regret such selfishness
    My pain and oh the trouble caused
    No matter how long
    I believe that there’s hope
    Buried beneath it all and
    Hiding beneath it all, and
    Growing beneath it all
    This is how we’ll dance when
    When they try to take us down
    This is how we’ll sing (oh)
    This is how we’ll stand when
    When they burn our houses down
    This is what will be oh glory
    Reaching as I sink down into light
    Reaching as I sink down into light
    This is how we’ll dance when
    When they try to take us down
    This is how we’ll sing (oh)
    This is how we’ll stand when
    When they burn our houses down
    This is what will be oh glory

    I think The Final Riot performance of this song remains my favorite, her vocal performance in that outro was stellar. This band is amazing. not to mention Zac's killer drumming skills.

    to all you people saying that they aren't good anymore, if you listen to songs like part 2, future or anklebiters, and still not hear paramore, you were never a true fan to begin with. "but i guess you can't accept that the change is good..."

    All 7 years I enjoy this video and execution. Tremendous power, and music, my God!!! what music and vocal!!! Zac's drums, solo Josh and Hailey's vocal (try to sing so divinely and at the same time to shake the head). These words and music long ago under my skin. It is a magnificent musical life story. Thanks, Paramore.

    Grew up listening to Paramore (literally.. my birthday is 27th of December 1989) and always loved them. Seen them live last year and my biggest regret is being too embarrassed to say I loved them when I was younger and not seeing them live back then. What a silly young man I was

      sledge56BV but what I don't get is that people say "they've changed because they have grown up blahblahblah" but tbh their music was WAY more mature back in the day, for example songs like "Conspiracy" etc. what are they to-sorry but- crap like "Still Into You" or "Daydreaming". You just have to face it, they've completely sold out, just look at Hayley singing house music or whatever that "Stay The Night" song is. I get that people still likes them but they have sold out, it's preeetty obvious.

      JoceyOFFICIAL You make a good point. IMO, as long as a band still makes good music to me, I'll listen. At least songs off Paramore still make sense, and aren't some crappy rap lyric type stuff.
