11,000 active listings in Lee County. All time high active listings. 30 year all time low mortgage application. Zero demand. Major Correction 2024 through 2026. This is just the beginning. Where all the cash buying snow birds at? Crickets LOL
Oh thank goodness. I thought 10 month supply of inventory could lead to some sort of scary Correction. Good to see that 11,000 active listings in Lee county translates to healthy market. Nothing to see here guys. Carry on. As you were. LOL to the moon! Month over month LOL @@MovingToFortMyersFlorida
My point is the "zero demand" isn't really accurate. Markets are cyclical. They will drop at some point. It's natural to shift between sellers markets and buyers markets and no one is disputing we've pulled into a buyers market. That's natural and much needed. But again, we'll go over all the data soon. I'm not sure your background but feel free to bring in your knowledge and expertise when we go over all the numbers, not just the inflammatory clickbait ones.
