We used to eat in them all the time in Philadelphia in the 1960s. My mother would take us, it was always packed with people. You would see a lot of old women sitting there all dressed up in their Victorian style clothing with black hats on with feathers or flowers in their hat with a hat pin. It was very classical and I remember liking it❤
