Yes that's happened to me many times. I try to educate them and explain we use the best quality products and equipment. But if they still want me to use there products I go ahead and use them if that makes them feel more comfortable

Great video, Do you use puretek? I wanted to get a tank from them but I live in an apartment and I don’t think they will allow me to have it lol. For summer I’m thinking of filling up at a local water dispensary that has reverse osmosis. Problem is I have to fill up a 5 gallon water bottle and transfer to my tank.
