LOL! You're not wrong, the Lawsuit Arc was definitely the worst arc in the series bar none. The Anime Arc was the most intense after them and had good narrative, then there was the UA-cam Arc which was also okay since it gave SMG3 a good villain asthetic that he deserved, while the Waluigi Arc was good as a first try at making a consistent story on the channel; and the Rapper Bob Arc as the second-lowest in my opinion. As for the Lawsuit Arc, I saw it as just a massive excuse to finally rid SMG4 of the Nintendo IP that stopped Kevin from merchandising and customizing it to the maximum - not to mention that it felt weaker in comparison to the Cosmology Lore as it immediately followed afterwards.
