I have this camera. I have been trying to record using the sd card inserted, however every time I start the recording and close the app the recording stop. Also, I try to review the recording from the previous day but its tells me that I have no uploads. How do I upload what was recorded.
Hello friend, thank you for your question. Firstly, you need to check how large the micro sd card is. Generally, a 16GB micro sd card at C10 can record about 6 days video. Then you need to format the card before inserting to the camera at FAT32. Then insert the card and check the camera setting to confirm if the card has been read.
Hello Federico, Please insert a Class-10 Micro SD Card (Recommended 64GB), then it will record all the day. p.s. After you insert the micro SD card, don't forget to reset the camera. If you can't use the micro SD card properly, please format it in the app. Regards, GNCC

There is no recording whatsoever. Like I know there is and was movement and it does not record anything. I have subscribed to the cloud and nothign saved, if i try to playback to a certain time of the day/night , does not show anything at all but a black screen... definitely ill unsubscribe and i wont be recommending it to anyone. I want to send it back

I am sorry that the app only has the iOS/Android terminal, cannot support the PC terminal.
