    Looks cool. I ordered a knock off version of the super 73 light and cover. Hopefully it will look nice like yours .

      @ixclusiverc  6 днів тому +1

      @Mr_big_foot831 I think it should look really good. That's kinda where I got the idea for a flat front light. Just play with different mounting points of the light, then take pictures to set it where you think it's best. I probably will have to adjust your light beam to reach distance and possibly remove the tension springs.

    I just got one, is there a 52v battery that fits? Upgraded controllers?? And where did you buy the shocks from? How do i know if they fit.

    • @ixclusiverc
      @ixclusiverc  2 місяці тому +1

      @PowerPedal0000 52v battery should work, but I haven't tried it yet. 52v 20ah 40amps would be the size you would want to run.
      Controllers are tricky because most of them are specific to certain lcd screens and throttles. Bac855 would be a good choice if you want to keep it hidden in the stock box.
      To be honest stock with all the settings turned up are completely fine. Ride it first
      Dnm burner is a common shock, but you will need bushings to keep it snug. Front shock there are only 2 options that I found same manufacturer, just different names and one is longer. Get the shorter one.
      Ebay or express
      Don't rush it because you will make mistakes like I did.
      Good luck with your build.

    • @ixclusiverc
      @ixclusiverc  2 місяці тому

      @corybradley1126 this is where I'm at with power.... I fried my screen the first time I ordered my lights. I reordered another screen and controller just in case.
      The controller sent is slightly different in programming and wires.
      Take off is smooth with no stutter but at 20mph stutters ,with a quick release then throttle get up to 33mph. The older controller has slight cog on take off but feels a little better with torque range and doesn't stutter at 20mph or anywhere besides take off.
      On that original I took it apart to shunt mod. I started the process but haven't installed it yet Or I keep the newr controller and go 52v. I'm stuck on which way to go on this. If I go 52v will I loose all my lighting?
      What are your thoughts on my situation?

    I love what you did with your headlight/fairings. Could you point me in the right direction which Ktm light/fairing you used? Also, is it just plug and play with your normal controller plug in?

    • @ixclusiverc
      @ixclusiverc  3 місяці тому +1

      Of course, the light can be found on aliexpress. There are several different light designs but most of the framing are bigger. This hasthe smallest profile to fit a 20" .
      The bottom mount is for a turn signal top is stock. Comes with a mounting kit but looks terrible
      Only thing you need is a 48v to 12v converter and low and high beam switch 12v. Simple install but finding the correct beam height is tricky, just remove the level adjustment screw take out the spring the applies pressure on that screw. Then put the screw back without it.

      @stingraykoltes9750 torque is around 100nm top speed 34mph. It's a 1500w hub 48v battery.
      The light does go on sale from time to time, and make sure you install a 48v to 12v converter & hi/low 12v headlight switch.

      @Bathroomdestroyer9000 left grip has an Allen screw on the tunnel signal switch. When loose, pull the switch away from the grip. From there just pull the grip off.
      Throttle side is the same, but the grip is attached. Pull the grip off if you when attached to the bike if you just changing grips.
      You might have to release the cable ties to reach all the way off the bar. If you go taller bars, install the grips before you attach to stem

      @Mr_big_foot831 if you hit 40 mph, then you unlocked your wheel collaboration to the wrong diameter. Unless you're riding a 26",
      48v or 52v can't hit 40mph unless you have a 2000w hub motor, so your settings might be off by a lot.
