- Controversial Media Personality Daddy Freeze is known for dragging pastors over doctrine and tithes. But on July 13 2024, the 48-year-old broadcaster fell on the chopping board of social media warriors following reports that he committed adultery with his present wife, Benedicta Olarinde. On top of that, Daddy Freeze will be paying a fine of 5 million Naira to his wife’s ex-husband, Paul Odekina.

This divorce law of a thing and of course the double standard of the whole is a total mess, why would one need to wait for like 10yrs to get a divorce certificate after filing for a divorce and the two parties agreed to it? Why??
As long as either of the parties filed for it and both mutually agreed to parting ways, nothing should bring about delay as regard the issuing of the divorce certificate which is the bone of contention in this whole story of daddy freeze versus his wife's ex-husband.
If there are no evidence(s) to prove that daddy freeze was actually seeing the woman before she filed for the divorce, I see no reason why anything "ADULTERY" should be held against him.
Our judiciary system has failed many and is still wrecking havoc in many marriages today. May God help us in this country.
