I finally made it! It was delicious. I did scale it down a bit. I used about 2 bags of peaches 1c sugar 1/2 c brown sugar i like a pinch of nutmeg. It was so good. Thank you

Don't feel bad you guys. It's 5:15am here in Jacksonville, FL and after I 'accidentally' fell asleep on my front porch for an hour or so, I woke up to see that Ms. Gina had posted a new and delicious recipe. I had to watch it... Of course I did 😉 And to top it all out, I had thawed a frozen loaf of bread to rise and bake, and slept right through till it rose too much. I had to let it rise again and get it in the oven. So, this recipe has fit in just in time. Thank you Ms. Gina for all of your hard work that you do in making all of these beautiful recipes for all of us. And keep blessing all of us with your beautiful prayers.

@im davis ... Butter... brush the crust, bottom & sides. Poke holes in the bottom focusing on the center. Give the bottom crust a light dusting of sugar. Pour in your fruit layer a design of your top crust.... Butter!! Brush with butter and again a light dusting of sugar and bake til golden.... #MeltedButtah

You have to take a fork and poke holes in the bottom crust all over then pour your peaches in and your crust will turn out golden brown
