Caspersen Beach is a public beach located in Venice, Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful turquoise waters. It is known for its wide sandy shoreline and is a popular spot for activities such as shark tooth hunting. Venice is known as the shark tooth capital of the world and Casperson is full of shark teeth surprises.

Moving to Florida was the best idea my wife and I ever had improved my quality of life mentally and physically we basically live outside I'm not a diabetic anymore I lost weight I eat better Paradise not perfect but Paradise
That is absolutely wonderful to hear. Florida has a way of keeping us outdoors, active and eating better. I absolutely believe it helps us physically and mentally as well. Ah! So great to know you have healed your diabetes. There is no perfect place but it’s darned close isn’t it?? ❤️😎☀️

It sure is.... We are lucky! Although lately there has certainly been so much new construction going on! Guess the cat's out of the bag now!
I remember as a kid growing up in Chicago when we went on vacation coming down here.... Hooking up my Aunt Rene's trailer to the back of the station wagon.... Driving through some 14 states total.... Ending up at this little beach town that 15 years later, would become my new home!!!

Great video, Casperson Beach is a lot of fun and you never know you might just find a sharks tooth. I have been in Venice about a year and I love the downtown and beaches. The humidity is dreadful and the rain makes it difficult to plan outdoor events in the summer. I miss the mountains, bluffs, canyons and the Pacific. Unfortunately I did not find paradise.

I’m (Michele) originally from the South so it’s the only way I know summers. 💦 I love our summers. I was actually cold here this past winter. 😳 we take a trip to the mountains every fall to mountain bike. I think we have paradise everywhere, it’s something we love about each place we live. ❤️❤️☀️😎🌴 Hopefully you can find your piece of paradise here.

I love walking around Casperson Beach and Park, but I feel like the big rocks in the water create currents that make me nervous (I’m not a swimmer).
We love it too. Trevor is an excellent swimmer and I am not. Im clumsy as well and see myself falling on the rocks. I walk WAY past the rocks to enjoy the water. 😎

Sorry, they don’t allow dogs. It’s a bummer for us too. That could be our next video. All the places you can take your dogs! We have a video on our dog beach. Check it out if you haven’t seen it yet.
@@trevorandmichele I have two rescue Pitt bulls and one is not dog friendly so the beach 🏖 not an option for him. I will be in Venice for two weeks in September.
@@Celi337 you can go to sleeping turtle. We never bump into any one else and if you do, you can let them know. One of our dogs can’t go anywhere else with other dogs. You can walk them at shamrock park. We have a video on that park. You will see other dogs but all are on leashes.
