Monkfish Steaks - 2
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain - pinch
Coconut Oil - 4 tbsp
Base Gravy - 350ml
Tamarind - 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree - 3 tbsp
Kaffir Lime Leaves - 3
Masala Supreme Powder - 1.5 tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Fresh Coriander - handful
Coconut Cream Powder- 3 tbsp
Cumin Seed - 1 tsp
Garlic - 5 cloves

if im honest steven great video as always but me personally think fish doesn't go with curry but with chips, and i know i may be wrong as i have never had fish in a curry but thats just me :-)
Yeah!!! I love fish and chips, ITS A PERFECT MEAL. only twice this year though as I'm on a diet. Lost 13kg
@taono Fish curries are extremely common & popular all over India and consumed every day both within the household and in restaurants. Thinking outside Eurocentric/Anglocentric norms of cooking and consuming meat & fish can be beneficial sometimes.
Interesting this one. Don't often do fish. If people make curry they must look at this for fish. Not just what's in it but the way it is cooked
